I love wild rice most of all rice. I learned last cycle that the carb count is waaay lower than other choices thoMax’s Good Choices/Grocery List:
Breads-
Daves Killer Powerseed, Ezekiel : Reg or Omega/Flax , Unenriched Sourdough{whole wheat}.
Cheeses-
Mozzarella, Fets, Blue, Cottage, Ricotta, Parmesan Reggiano/Pecorino Romano, Goat.
Meats- depends on diet!! Generally: Any lean cuts, no antibiotics, all wild game, some offal{internal organs} can be. If Keto or High Fat: Fatty Fish can be added*
Seafood and Shellfish- no to low mercury*, all wild caught, no farmed/color added, raised or corralled. Look for Alaska/Pacific/NZ, wild-caught or self caught. Local is good is you know them. Lol!
Fruits- Fresh or Flash Frozen Only! {ingredients should be the item only!!}
Wild Blueberries, Raspberries, Oranges(all types), Apples, Pomegranate Seeds, Grapefruit, Pineapple, Mango, Strawberries, cherries, *Avocado{clearly #1}.
Fats- Organic/Unsalted Butter, Organic EVOO, Organic Ghee, Organic Grapeseed, Avocado, Macadamia oils, Animal Fats, Coconut{small amounts}.
Nuts- Walnuts, Pistachios, Macadamia, Brazil, Cashews, Almonds, Pecan, Hazelnuts
Seeds- Chia, Flax, Hemp, Sesame, Pumpkin{pepitas}, Sunflower, Wild Rice{actually a seed!}.
Vegetables- Spinach, Garlic, Carrots, Broccoli, Kale, Brussels, Green Peas, Swiss Chard, Asparagus, Sweet Potato/Yam, Potatoes{Red#1/Yukon/RussetWhite/Purple}, Kohlrabi. Basically All-Organic or Local Organic Greens and vegetables!!
Rices- Calrose, Basmati, Jasmine, Brown, Wild{actually a seed}.
Sugars- BESIDES FOOD! - there are two basic categories are monosaccharides and disaccharides; I am not going in depth with this as everyone has their favorite; just remember that getting it from food is the best and no added sugars is always the best choice IMO. Limit intake!! That is all. {PEDs users have different needs that are complex}
READ: They are all beneficial but diet plays a role in why or what you need, healthy is interpreted in different ways: Diabetic, Heart Health, Brain or other Organ, etc. Diet plays a huge role in : “ What is Healthy” always ask yourself:
What is my goal? That will help you choose what food is right for you. I am a bodybuilder so my choices are based on those needs. I had some delicious hot teriyaki chicken thighs; grilled over coals and vinegar rice! Ate outside because the weather was beautiful and am camping out back{not literally camping but hanging out}. I love this time of year; cool and great for grilling!! I will be starting a new supp program soon. Kind of excited. Just some last minute purchases and a 3 day trip away. Keep on, keeping ON!

Sorry if this has been discussed already, but how are you handling the 10iu dose post workout? What time of day is this? Any lethargy/tiredness after dosing or anything else notable? Sometime I will hit 4-5 ius pre workout and lethargy hits me hard about an hour or 2 post workout.
