Phenomenal appetite as I ate a bit less due to knowing my energy out put was not gong to happen. I am getting ready to switch up my training program for a bit more shaping vs size as I surpassed the size needed for my future plans. If I keep this up; I’ll be at 240-250 and if I compete; it will be physique.. I think. I have a lot going on and I am more on the other side of competition but I am pondering that it may actually help to give me that edge, that eye on the prize feeling each day. I am very thankful for so much lately and at the same time; I am completely happy with what I do and how I live , but I want to challenge my self and since I said it, it shall be . When?? I will tell you first ! :) It will take a few runs but, it is worth that pleasurable feeling I get whenever I win @ anything. I love the training, I love coaching, I guess I am so used to that since high school, even before.
P.S. Once I am (a non spreader) I am going to do my leg day @ various gyms. I don’t want to slow my progress building my studio until it is complete and ready for filming. I definitely need that modern blower installed. That ceiling fan gets in the way when my brother(6’3” 1/2 tall) trains here. I have 11’ ceiling in room so plenty of clearance .

Didn’t help much; after eating and the sun started gone down; the fever and weird pains started again. I asked my brother and sister last night and my sister was better but said the chills and fever kicked back in on my bro. Must be that men are whiners. I am eating 2 apples w some salt and ice water just because I cannot quench my thirst. At least I don’t have to do it again. Btw: rumor is that anyone 30 or under should think about accepting the AstraZeneca brand vaccine.(.rare clotting isssue/side) Either that if you have a family history you shouldn’t. Time for Cold new; answer my mail; and then hit the streets : still gotta walk the dog or he will go nuts!

My girlfriend already got the AstraZeneca vaccine because of her work, now 3 weeks later and they stopped vaccinating people below 60. She felt absolutely horrible for 2 days straight, haven’t seen het that sick in years.

Friday was a very strong training session, I did some extra fatigue sets in between certain exercises but I do have to say that all the products are doing their respective jobs. The A-50 gives me a lot of anaerobic power and it seems like I cannot do enough work. Later I do notice my appetite is positively affected.(usually drol kills my appetite) but the gold EP injectable is killer @ 25mg. I will try 25mg twice and see how it goes but, I am not there yet. I will unveil the new program once I start it. I have to go up north til the 16th and I’ll be busy 17-20th w competitors.

Basically a small amount and you look like your on super high amounts , that quality muscle look too. I understand they are very expensive(they should be expensive or I get nervous). No AI needed yet but I upped my P5P and take 10mg nolvadex while on Anadrol. I always take minimal AI/SERMS but I am not afraid of using it needed. I have had it to where it hits fast , so you need to be slightly ready or take some asin if you know that gyno is a possibility. I have used Letro but only for emergencies and sometimes to pull that last bit of water. Not a great feeling having low estradiol(e2)!! But, better than a knot on your nips! Lol. I make sure to have every single AI/Serm Made. I even got some raloxifene and am wanting to try it to see if there is any noticeable difference between that and Nolvadex. Even though Anadrol is is a not a substrate for aromatase and is a dht derivative, it can still cause high gyno so; I chose to use a Serm w with it. I have zero gyno issues using this Anadrol so I am happy about that part . Be nice and kick ass at the same time! :)

Yes indeed. I wish everyone could, unfortunately it is not for everyone. I do not use a high dose and just 100mg 3 x a week . Parabolan releases pretty smoothly and the Provi alongside Gh does help. I have a whole mental checklist for each day and use mindfulness while ON, it may sound odd but it very much has made a nice difference. That and a lot of experience with what happens and can happen if you are on a high dose . I truly have to do it, as I have had problems when I was new to tren: going from zero to 100! Idk why but good Parabolan does not do that to me. It does have side effects but I have a whole routine to combat each and everyone of them.
I probably spend more on supplements and even herb extracts, teas than gear because I take supps 365 days a year . I am not always blasting either which helps . The A 50 is really good. So far on 25mg has been used so I may try a bit more but I will stay at this level for this run. I will use again my for next blast too. Tablets I love but , if figure may as well try to keep the liver a bit healthier than 100mg orally.

Tren is hands down one of my favorite aas to run. I’ve ran it high, low and in between. Always get the results I’m after. Does cause some Walter Mitty moments when dealing with stupidity.

Thank you so much . I guess it is just time. I am going to work extra hard through this year and stay as healthy as possible. Have a lot of work to do. Hopefully it will boost me up for new opportunities. I have always enjoyed the feeling of competing at sports and a lot of things, so I think it is time to really get it

I only eat corn tortillas most of the time. But; this was just delicious . I rarely eat any corn as far as in the cob or kernels. If I start eating that with beef ; I start to see it spike me like a sugar cereal. It’s like they made corn genetically sweet like candy! Big Grilled Sausages over the hot coals and that Mexican Corn are probably my favorite; and Baby Back Ribs w Beef brisket.
Maybe I will make some today; not the brisket but I can do the ribs.

Have been doing really well, the sides from the Covid shit seem to have dissipated. I have created a new plan for my exercise program which will start the 20th. I am gettin incredible results. I will update you with picture by next week. It is quite dramatic. After finding what works for you; just keep doing it until you completely plateau; I made the mistake early on switching things up just because I kept hearing it. I now know, that you can progress with the same workout for a year. Even if I plateau; I try changing my diet or sets:reps, time off, things of that nature. Hoping everyone is having a great weekend. Definitely breaking out the grill to cook before I take off. Had some good tacos and all kinds of food really. Push50 gave me the idea without saying it, lol. Meat on a grill! If I end up changing my macros so I can eat mor fats, I will have to lower my carbohydrate intake and I am just not ready to do that for while. We all need some of this

If I start eating that with beef ; I start to see it spike me like a sugar cereal. It’s like they made corn genetically sweet like candy! Big Grilled Sausages over the hot coals and that Mexican Corn are probably my favorite; and Baby Back Ribs w Beef brisket.
Maybe I will make some today; not the brisket but I can do the ribs.

Totally under stand. I’ve actually started using the Siete taco shells for tacos and taco salads. They are primarily made with cassava, pumpkin and avocado oil. Not bad and no spike.

That’s perfect! I use avocado and macadamia oil, ghee, and coconut oil(mainly just for skin/hair , but too much MCT oil orally makes me nauseous. I get all kids of wraps too, like that FLAX Lavash : it has a ton of stuff in it

V-ups and rotating crunches with static holds (15 sec hold between unending sets until complete fail) I didn’t stop or rest . Lasted about 8 min before i was broke!


Tuesday was decent, very busy with work-training. I was invited to a closed gym but, it felt wrong even though I have that shit vaccine in my body, lol. I don’t feel sick anymore at all but looks like the J&J shot killed a bunch of people(young women) !! Pisses me off. Well on to other things these two pics are to be accountable to myself and I hate posting pics but , since I am going to compete in physique I will take all the good, the bad, and they ugly because that is just how it goes . I have to blackout some stuff for safety reasons. I do wanna say that it has only been kind 20 something days(24 I think) and I am blown away by the Euro Pharma and Platinum Pharma lines! Max be GROWING. I have really long calve muscles and they are thick when I flex from behind, but not having a gym for a year has not helped as they are my one body part I need bigger, well everything needs to be bigger , lol . So that is why I am going to Adding Gyms for leg day. This is the first time I’ve ever shown my legs but ; Gotta do it because someone will give me advice on getting them round . They tie in low(all my muscles are long) and are actually super thick, but ; from the front I need them bigger . Appreciate the Forum for having bad ass sponsors. Since I have decided to compete, I will be changing my training and diet to get to where I want to be . I know they wear board shorts and I shouldn’t care but there is a method to my madness. I HAVE to do physique, before I do anything else. If it goes well at this certain contest, I will compete again a short while later. This cycle is eight weeks , but I will be switching compounds because competitions are pretty close after that 15-17,18, 19 weeks from now. I am going to get sponsors. I am not sponsored now but, there are a ton of fees and it is very expensive !!

What's your height and goal weight for comp?

I am 5’9” and 225-227 . They go by height only in Physique so, I will be doing 2 Classes and 6 divisions(2 per) . I will be doing one contest to see how it goes, if I win , I can do the Olympia Amateur. I am going to come in shredded at whatever weight I am at. I am going to continue to bulk as I plenty of time. My main goal is to be more conditioned than everyone else. Getting my feet wet! Main goal is to get a win so I can get the card to compete at a higher level. So my program is going to be a little different training wise. Going to hit the gym for leg days as I have got to this point with bodyweight and home gym. I am on day 23 or 24 of this 8 week cycle, so about 32/33 days left . I plan to keep doing my TRT /high gh(like my experiment) , then blasting so i will be able to do a few different things until my contest/s .
