Today I am cured !! Yes! By this evening I was humping and pumping...weights! Lol
Phenomenal appetite as I ate a bit less due to knowing my energy out put was not gong to happen. I am getting ready to switch up my training program for a bit more shaping vs size as I surpassed the size needed for my future plans. If I keep this up; I’ll be at 240-250 and if I compete; it will be physique.. I think. I have a lot going on and I am more on the other side of competition but I am pondering that it may actually help to give me that edge, that eye on the prize feeling each day. I am very thankful for so much lately and at the same time; I am completely happy with what I do and how I live , but I want to challenge my self and since I said it, it shall be . When?? I will tell you first ! It will take a few runs but, it is worth that pleasurable feeling I get whenever I win @ anything. I love the training, I love coaching, I guess I am so used to that since high school, even before.
P.S. Once I am (a non spreader) I am going to do my leg day @ various gyms. I don’t want to slow my progress building my studio until it is complete and ready for filming. I definitely need that modern blower installed. That ceiling fan gets in the way when my brother(6’3” 1/2 tall) trains here. I have 11’ ceiling in room so plenty of clearance .
