Omg! The first time was the last! Lol. The gelcaps can give a tiny bit of “it” if you burp but, it only happened twice on an empty stomach and never again. So it is so worth it now. I think it helps pain/inflammation more than Circumin (which is saying a lot). The Horbaach brand is very inexpensive and DNA tested, good quality. I’ll never swig that shite again! Lmao! Probably flammable

Ordered all of my food from Trader Vics and cooked while watching YouTube and doing e-paperwork, catching up on clientele because I am away. I am on call, so I get paid either way but ; wasn’t planning on a non-work day. I should be happy actually, lol. I need to appreciate down time but, I like long work days because I do what I love. Definitely wouldn’t feel that way if I was pouring cement in 100deg weather or Roofing ! Omfg! I can say, I cannot see how my buddy is a roofer in Lake Havasu City, Az !! I guess they start at 2:30 to 3am so they are done by 11 am. I was there on Spring Break and it was ridiculously Hot! Copper Canyon made up for the heat, I will say! Had a sick ass, long night/day of work and finally got an hour to jump over to the gym and train. I have had my left eye just watering constantly, maybe some allergy. My training went well but, I definitely had a lot of talkers and questions thrown at me but, I was in a good mood and the view was phenomenal! Some really nice bods here but, OMG! 22 year old with all kinds of plastic surgery. I thought it was bad in one city but, LA takes the cake for sure! I am seriously wondering how many of these girls are getting hip/booty injections of that PMME(encapsulated filler) that lasts basically forever but you have to keep getting them because of gravity !! Seems like these white girls have asses like a Puerto Rican ! I am not complaining as long as it isn’t butt implants(so fake) ! I am off to cook because I had some Cheat food (below) I will be updating soon but, things are going well ; strong and pain free!

Right over 5kcals. I do more cardio(even on bulk)even though it could be counterproductive. It helps my bloods and improves my energy levels. Over my 2 weeks of prep. I raised up about 900-1000kcals over my norm of 4000. My body runs on carbs! I just have to keep my fats pretty low. I haven’t ever done low or keto (except pre-contest prep). I am a lot stronger than my lifts but, I am very cognizant that it’s the compounds, so I am lifting carefully. I have that energy rising (just today pretty much). I was a bit lethargic at start, ramping up to my mg. I am now at the listed protocol.

I make my own at home with my special comal style pan and wooden press. It takes a lot of trial and error to get them right. I have my go to maize/Harina flour brands(non-enriched, organic) and I don’t add anything except : water or water and organic lard(for flour ones).
I’m also a big fan of higher carbs even when cutting . I just feel better with them . There are days we’re up end up with more carbs then protein as well.
For myself ; Carbs are the only way to bulk up well. There are plenty of details that have to be known while using “supps” and the person has to know a lot about themselves . I would call it “Human Mapping & Logging” of yourself. It took me the past 7 years of doing it to get :
1. What each compound does to me
2. What food is best utilized and the timing/Amount.

It still changes and you have to introduce alternative foods/supps sometimes when you hit a wall Or I take a 48 hr break and don’t workout or I eat completely Different for that period . Sometimes just taking 24hrs to relax and eat all higher fat/protein and not workout .

OptiMSM(or MSM generally) was Shown In Study to Have Benefits in Combination with CBD.
A Recent study has shown that OptiMSM reduces liver toxicity linked to high CBD dosages. Cannabis extract and the methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) works synergistically to increase the production of an antioxidant called glutathione which appears to help mitigate the hepatotoxic effects of high CBD doses.

I don’t use cbd as of now but, I notice a lot do. Their are so many cbd and cbd:thc ratio products and rampant use. The companies that use Supercritical Co2 extraction and can give actual percentages/milligrams per: of the actives are the way to go. Same with all supplements.

30+ yrs later and I still get ripped for not communicating. Buuuuut....as I've told her, I wait for her to approach "the subject" again because she has to be in the mood to communicate as well. Not just harp about whatever it was a week or two ago.

Lol...same. I'm super productive when we aren't talking. Usually get a ton of stuff knocked out around the house. Probably a lot of guys that way.

I am excited ! So many cool functions ! So fast too! This thing is so simple : load and turn it shake (half way through ) and DONE! I made homeade sweet potato fries (no oil) but I let them sit in vinegar water for an hour and dried them , sprayed w natural oil & spiced Cajun after and they were super crispy & delicious along with chicken tenderloins(no breading). Great so far ! Gonna try and make Beef Wellington stuffed with sour cream w Wild Mushrooms & breaded-air fried Artichokes! Really putting it to the test!!

Have started to see some great size improvements in my overall leg size and strength as well as my back, which is great. I am basically trying to build a super strong base, gain the weight(while not getting high body fat); increase my thickness/width this run. I may do a quick cut and start back bulking or a traditional cut(if I compete). I have my size/weight goals but I left out some major bulking compounds. Everything I do is a trial or experiment so I can see what works the best while keeping a quality look/build. Shopping day today, tonight actually. I can get in and get out. I am excited to use my Bella Pro Air Fryer, Ive made a few things and I am getting the temp/time down. I keep wanting to make a glazed/scored Long Island Duck Breast (so fatty), but I will make it. I’m hoping my Max’s Breakfast burritos can reheat from frozen and turn out good! Another day!

Air fryer and instapot are both awesome and the instapot is a real time saver. I bought the wife a new oven about 6 months ago and it has convection, standard and air frying capabilities. It’s so freaking great.

I definitely spent a few hours too many on a subject that has never changed on my end. I am just chilling and good things happen, I cannot control goes or what anyone, especially a female thinks. So, I am concentrating on my myself & family. Appreciate you. Always need reminders
