Had a pretty awesome leg day with a quad focus. Let’s just say lately I feel like my leg workouts are my best and I have been crawling out of the gym. Starting to see the results
because of it as well.

Cybex leg press 16 plates - 11, 10, 10
Adductors 140lbs - 14, 13, 10, 10
Seated calf raises 3plates & 25 - 15, 14, 12, 12
Leg ext. 220lbs - 12, 12, 11
Drop set 190lbs - 8
Drop set 160lbs - 7
