Holy shit it didn't feel like that long but I literally went 10 day's without electricity and I think I could have gone longer. Down in the southern states (no mention) it gets up to 100 degrees with 20% humidity. The shitty part was I didn't get a generator until day four.
My family left on day three for family and I stayed behind to work and pay the bills. I purchased a window unit, a fan, and and some food to bbq everyday after work. I was living like a true neanderthal. To my surprising I came home today and electricity was back on. Thanks everyone for standing by. Now all I need is a dam gym to open back up. PS stay away from the Gulf Coast this is the third flood/ natural disaster in my life.
