Got in some Lower DC "A" this morning. Had a really goodbsession. But had some crazy cramping/pain in my right lower glute/hammy area that's being a pain in the ass..literally. Not sure what's up with it but was able to work around it.

Weight has stalled around 224-225 AM fasted weight, so going to be adding more food tomorrow, will post my whole diet layout if anyone is interested.
