I like this split I may be copying you soon on this30 minute walk/jog and stretching today.
62.5mg Platinum Test E, 50mg Platinum Anavar
1.5lbs steak, 4 eggs, 32oz yogurt, 1 cup rice
Have a set up I think is better for what I'm trying to achieve right now instead of hitting power movements 2x a week.
Higher reps instead of 5/3/1.
Monday - bench/dips/push ups/shoulders/triceps
Tuesday - squat/quads/abs
Wednesday - bis/tris/shoulders
Thursday - deadlift/hams/low back
Friday - upper back/lats/pull ups/rows
Saturday - bis/tris/shoulders
Sunday - walk/stretching
That’s a good amount. ?Was asked how much push ups I could do, so I tried and did 40. My workout for today.
Thanks for all the compliments, makes me feel better. That’s a good amount. ?
I could never do more than the low 20’s for reps of push-ups.Thanks for all the compliments, makes me feel better.
It just takes building up the reps slowly. I probably put more time into body exercises than I do with isolated lifting.I could never do more than the low 20’s for reps of push-ups.
Damn man! Having the back pop is scary stuff! Be careful! I was at the doctor getting a cortisone injection in my spine today. Lower back issues are no fun!Not too hot feeling today. My legs weren't sore or anything, but when I started squatting I could feel my quads were still shocked from a couple days ago. I was hoping to do some higher reps today, but when I hit 275 on the third rep my low back popped. This is an injury that happened to me years ago, so I just called it quits on squats to not risk anything. Back when I was younger and dumber when it first happened, I just pushed through it after squats, then deads, and bb rows, and afterwords I couldn't bend over for weeks. Now it just comes up every now and then as nerve pain and all I have to do is twist my back and and it pops and goes away. This is the first time it popped from lifting though. I did have a glass of whisky the other day (and I never drink) before my last squat session so maybe that's why I'm in a little shock. Either way, with my luck hopefully it popped it back in place, lol.

It does. It's my only problem area. I need to get it scanned to see if there's any real damage like a slipped disk. Little sore right now but thankfully just back today. Might have to just pull out the squats and deads this week but everything will be as planned.Damn man! Having the back pop is scary stuff! Be careful! Are you running my Cialis with the log ? I can't remember....Yup. I was talking to my friend about the workout we did. Even he was mentioning that maybe I should back off all the heavy compound movements and focus on some more isolated upper body work to get more definition and blood flowing to my arms, "I bet you'd get jacked" was his words. Not a bad idea. I focus too much on pushing my strength on barbell lifts in the gym, which is partly why I run myself into the ground so easily.
Post that fuckin back. Go back a year or a little more and you'll see my back chewed the fuck up. The accutane did magic on it. Vision let me log some from psl and I'm so glad I did it. As a matter.of fact, just go to the psl sub forum and find it. You'll have to go a ways back but it's there somewhere.Need to still clear up this acne from bad gear I used months ago. It's too embarrassing to post my back in good lighting looking the way it does. Gonna have to get on Accutane eventually.
My biggest weakness is that I need to get my ass stop being lazy and do more conditioning work. It's warming up so I'm gonna start going to the park and do some jump roping, sprinting, maybe even sled pulls, and get my flexibility back where it used to be. I used to be able to do a full split when I was doing MA years ago.

Watch the BP with those cortisone shots. My dad gets them in his knees.
No brother, it's old cialis from Wesley I still have laying around. Are you running my Cialis with the log ? I can't remember....
I'm going to start permanently dosing my Cialis at 25mg. Women across the world will thank me ! ?No brother, it's old cialis from Wesley I still have laying around.
I agree. You'll probably come back feeling fresh and stronger if you treat it daily with heat and ice and hydrate.Take care of that back. Wouldn't be a bad idea to not barbell squat or dead for a week or so. You won't regress.
Does it lower or raise blood pressure? It does. It's my only problem area. I need to get it scanned to see if there's any real damage like a slipped disk. I think it can raise bp and even bg.Does it lower or raise blood pressure?
Thanks foe the rec. I have some ice packs I'm gonna put on it.I agree. You'll probably come back feeling fresh and stronger if you treat it daily with heat and ice and hydrate.
Thank you for letting me know. I had no idea. I’ll keep an eye out. ?I think it can raise bp and even bg.

Thanks man, feels like I've been stalling back last couple months. Those arms are looking large brother ?
Way to fight through the mental downs of the injury. ?Late night workout. Injury was worse than I hoped. Hard to sleep last night, was in a bit of shock today. Could barely get up and down out of chair/bed or bend over. Decided to head the to the gym anyway, a little worn out and underfed, but I'm so glad I did. Spent a good 15 minutes stretching my back out, then started lifting. By the end of the workout I could barely feel the pain. I can at least bend over, still a good bit of nerve pain now, but it's not crippling like before. The best thing for rehab is staying active.
Didn't want to do any heavy free weights so instead of bench I did the plated machine incline press, and I'm so glad I did. Such a good pump in my front delts and upper chest. Sometimes it's good to find something new. Probably be implementing that into my routine at least once a week now.
I have to remind myself that even though my strength is down it's okay because I'm not trying to get big and strong right now since I'm in a caloric deficit. So it was nice just focusing on reps tonight.
