I've ordered from Monster multiple times and the first few times were great and fast TD. However, this most recent order has been sketchy. He said that the shipper messed up and lost my package after the tracking showed that the package was never even shipped and I had to bother him about it multiple times before he actually got back to me and looked into the problem. After he got back to me, he said the package would be shipped immediately, and to hit him up for tracking in a few days. However, when I hit him up a few days later, he said that he still needs time. I emailed him back the next day, and no response. It's been very difficult trying to communicate with this guy and fix my order. Anyone else had this same experience lately? You would think that fixing your screw ups in a quick manner and having good and thorough communication about these screw ups with the customer would be a priority for any business owner.
