1st attempt at a log

I have decided to run a log for the first time.
I am on day 3 of AAP superdrol 20mgs a day and my trt dose 200mgs of test cyp. I had a couple surgeries last year and had got fat as fuck. This pick is 3 months ago and this morning. Weight first pic 213 2nd pic 199

I am running one of Jim stoppani's programs, 6 weeks to shred because I am able to get my cardio in during the lifting.
 
Hey brother get your log going bro it will keep you on track.Jims programs are sound.
 
Should I log exercises, reps, weight ecto? I am not using the diet from the program.
 
It is a 6 day week program, hit everything 2x week. 1 min hitt cardio between each set.
Day 3
Back, bi's, traps
Barbell row 4x11 185
Incline dumbbell row 3x11 50lbs
Seated cable row 3x11 150
Shrugs 4x11 250
Barbell curls 4x11 95lbs
Seated dumbbell curl 3×11 35lbs
Reverse barbell curls 3×11 55lbs.
 
Just use this like a jurnal..write how you felt ..what you need to add change etc..Hell take pics of some meals.. pics of ass on the tread mill..what ever.Dig deep.
 
Day 4
Chest tri's
4×12 low cable crossover
3×12 cable crossover
3×12 dumbbell fly
4×12 cable rope overhead tri extension
3×12 lying cable extension
3×12 rope push down
3×20 weighted crunches
 
Day 5 shoulders legs
4×15 lateral raises
3×15 Dumbbell front raise
3×15 rear delt fly
4×15 leg extension
4×15 leg curls
4×15 seated calf raise
4×15 donkey calf raise

5th day on the SD no sides to report so far.
 
Day 8, I was busy this weekend and unable to log bit got my workouts in.
No negative sides so far, Ithe seemed like strength was up a bit today
Chest tri's abs
4×8 bench 245
3×8 Incline 205
3x15 decline band press I hate being upside down at all.
4×8 dips with body weight plus 45lb
4×8 close grip 225
3×20 weighted crunches.
1 min hitt cardio between all sets.
