Lots of food, bulking and cutting! Over and Over , time is the way, just take time and learn from others. That is what I have done, learned by guys who were a lot more mature and copied them in a way. Then you find your own way that you grow best. Definitely using lots of styles and different supplements help, but time is key

Had a busy Monday, getting ready for my work trips, training, trained others, eating in between and booking last second help. My highlight was trying 25mg: a50 pwo! Damn! Shit is smoother than expected. I definitely noticed@ the 1hr mark. Sweating prob due to Parabolan. One thing that surprises me still is that I am sleeping okay. Probably due to my routine and less stress. Been lucky that jobs have came my way so I am thankful. I do hate leaving so often and I miss my girl and family but, it is what one does to pay for your lifestyle no matter if in a dorm, trailer, house or Mansion. I still train harder than ever, just now I have more tools and knowledge. How is your cycle going, looks like really bad ass combinations. Be happy you the parabolan didn’t effect your sleep yet. I’m ar my 3th week of tren e and my sleep is complete shit unfortunately... really have to look into something to fall asleep.

Very well as you probably can tell. I am being out to the test with work/travel. Spring Break is a busy time but I am going from the hottest to very cold over this week and next. Yeah, I don’t want to jinx it but, wow, even last night was the same. I got some new supplements but, I am waiting to share my information about them. I always want to take for a period before commenting. Tren is just terrible for sleep so, getting it whenever you can as a bodybuilder/lifter is sooo paramount!

Well everything is going good, very busy with travel/work this week and next but; all my workouts and meals are in line. It is crazy how most of the US is uninhabited. When you drive across it; you really take notice that most of the land is just empty. A lot of us are used to a few feet between properties while others have Acre after acre. I enjoy both the city and the country and the mountains so it is quite a nice change. I can say that I will never be a part of a HOA! Lol. Telling you how to cut your grass and what plants you can grow! F*** That, pardon my French! This run is quite awesome and I have just begun. GD body hair is outta control ! Glad to have a good tool for that !!
I will be adding a gh product into my regimen and see how my numbers do. I am always wanting to producing endogenous growth hormone along with any exogenous HRT or blast. I have found I can hold a lot of my gains with nutritional supps and a good load of prepping all my food. I just started to introduce more seafood and love it. After eating beef and chicken; adding fish and shellfish is great! Apparently the smaller, the better(less mercury). Nothing beats Alaskan and NZ seafood IMO, besides catching them myself fresh or saltwater trout is da best! I love a good rainbow trout or Steelhead done the right way on hardwood coals!

You can see the results. I have been using Beligas products(Beltropin gh)/T3 , AI since I started this thread. Now I am using a mix of brands.
SAMe 800mg I have been taking for 2 years(started at 400mg for first 2mo) . I started taking for joints and liver; then found out it was a prescription in Italy/EU used for its anti depressant qualities(naturally occurring). It definitely works well. As far as the custom SLIN supp, that is something I cannot share at this time(I totally would but, it is a private supplement formulation and it is not for sale yet; I am basically trialing it to see how well it works. Made some red lentils with a mirepoix, just
1 )sweat the carrots/celery/red onion/2 fresh garlic cloves until lightly cooked.
2)add 1/2 to 1lb split red lentils and 2-4 cups water or 1/2 bone broth:1/2 water to light boil.
3)cover and simmer on low 20min! Done
I added 1tbsp curry, some five spice, pinch of allspice and cayenne. Add Salt after done cooking(optional) then Add your favorite grilled meat/seafood. <save> Delicious and it is a perfect protein/fiber base; similar to potatoes or rice but waaaay healthier!! I am addicted already. Definitely going to use for my cut....down the road! Lol. Tried this new Paleo Colorado Hash; pretty good and had good macros 38g protein; with FF Fairlife 26g= 64g protein. Traveling so i needed some quick meals. Almost Hit 100deg , JC! Not used to it changing so fast! Glad there is a pool here. Kicking ass and Kissin’ some too! Lol

Online. I rarely go to any store nowadays. But the Paleo meal was @ Walmart delivered, lol. Goya makes red lentils for like $1!
Super cheap. Red and yellow lentils are something I started using when I increased my fresh vegetable and fruit intake three fold: basically unlimited, within my total calories. It is a little more complicated, but I tailor it to my goal. Definitely has help my overall health immensely. I rarely eat any packaged foods but I am traveling and this one wasn’t bad. I love sweet potato(potatoes period)anything so, it caught my eye. Adding lentils+mirepoix and more seafood is pretty new for me, but it has such a high micro/macro value vs my normal rice/potato meat veg. I am able to take a lot more protein and fats. Whole Foods is great but too expensive. I also like Alaska Seafood Co.
