Last three days of this incredible cycle. Sleep was pretty rough last night. One thing I am looking forward to getting back to some normal routine after I am done. Did my one hour cardio and headed to the gym for my last Bicep/Tricep day.

Great arm workout. literary skin almost tearing from my arms. Felt so tight and I could see fibers.On top of being extremely lean single digit body fat and the cut mix I honestly think the Ep cialis is adding to the vascualrity and the pumps. Last arm day of this cycle. The weights that I am able to lift right now with pretty much the same body weight and much much less fat is incredible. The progress and gains are awesome. My advise to young bucks out there is that don't get greedy and increase the dosage. If its working with minimal sides, leave it alone.
I'm really glad that you made this post and everything you're saying is on point, I'm experiencing some want the same thing you're going through but a little bit more milder, my program isn't as aggressive. I'm doing a recomp right now and I'm about 5 weeks in, and I'm on a very low to moderate dosage, tren ace at 50mg eod with 100mg cyp eod.
I'm getting a lot more compliments, the compliments are not pertaining to look and swallow but just rather more fit. Sometimes we need to put the ego aside and just look at things through a different perspective, a healthy perspective.
I contribute the majority of this too the low to moderate dosage of trenbolone along with the fasted morning cardio. Most of all consistency. I'm not where I used to be, I'm not where I want to be but I'm exactly where I should be..

Last chest day of the cycle. Last night I got pretty decent sleep, I think 6 hours to be exact. Combination of ZMA and melatonin certainly helps. Woke up, did my one hour cardio on the treadmill, changed and headed to the gym.

Awesome chest day. Very strong and vascular. I am seeing veins on my chest that I have not seen before. Two more days and I am done and back to trt dosage.
That went by quick!’ Rad Log!! You see that chest workout right there ... that is my bread and butter for mass!! I change stuff up but my first 3 years lifting, I concentrated heavily on Barbell Work then I started adding dumbbells and doing isolation work. I like that you hit incline twice, that is what a lot of guys need to concentrate on : get that shelf. I news reading about last Tuesday and the car thing, omg ! It takes a lot to even bug or irritate me ; like a person would have to truly endanger me or others before I would snap. I don’t know how others, that are clearly aggressive; don’t flip out and beat people down. I guess maybe they do; we are missing a few guys ! kidding . It takes a lot of training and use to control that type of shit!! I could not even weight train at our high school; I had to gl to a private club(which was an older guys house that had $$$, and only let like 20 of us train there. So , since your on your last week;
1) what , if anything would you do to improve this cycle?
2) When you do your next Bulk, what would the cycle look like?

Well my brothers today was the last day of this cycle. Completed 8 weeks and the results were phenomenal. This cycle pretty much changed my physic more that I could have imagined. I would highly recommend anyone trying to use test/tren/mast mix to give the Gold Cut Mix 300 a try.
My recommendation if you are going to do this cycle. This will help you significantly lower the risk of side effect.
1) I stayed true to the cycle the entire 8 week. Rather than doing 3 shots a week I did 4 which is .75mg EOD. This kept the bloods very steady for the entire duration. Do not increase if you don't have sides. Why mess with a good thing and not always more is better.
2) Get into a good cardio habit before start. I did not miss a single day of cardio, 7 days a week while on Tren. I completely disagree (based on my experience) that tren kills your cardio. If you are in good shape it should not be an issue. I've been doing one and sometimes more hours of cardio per day for years. I went into this in great shape.
3) I took Caber on the cycle. Did not have any sex drive issues or gyno.
4) Cardarine the entire length of cycle was perfect for stamina and lipids.
5) Carditone the entire length of the cycle was perfect for blood pressure. Do to my conditioning before starting the cycle my BP was 106/62 average. During the cycle I hit as high as 128/85. Now this is with one hour of cardio daily and Carditone.
6) Diet was spot on. Did not cheat a single day. I am on keto which is 30%protein and 70%fat. I ended the cycle in single digit body fat.
7) I also took multi Vitamins, Zma and meatonin combo for sleep, vitamin D, B6 and B complex.
8) Two glasses of Metamucil per day to add more fiber.
9) 5mg of Cialis daily.
The Good:
1) Strength gain
2) I am almost as lean and cut as I usually am when I compete. The Shoulders, Traps, Back separation is unreal. Its like someone drew your muscles.
3) Sex drive through the roof. Trust me everyone looks attractive and sexy on this cycle. You will have sex multiple times per day. This is what I am going to miss the most.
4) Confidence, feeling of Alpha. Walking around like you can do whatever you want and no one can stop you. I can't explain other than you feel like superman with an ego.
The bad:
1) I had the tren cough twice. Believe me it wasn't fun. Your eyes pop out of socket so be prepared. Every time I was injecting I was getting myself ready for the cough. Nothing you can do, so just go through it.
2) Sleep issues. ZMA and melatonin helps but its pretty screwed up. Lucky if you get 2 hours of sleep without waking up. It takes a long time to fall back to sleep. I went through this pretty much the entire cycle.
3) Did not have any night sweating or heart burn issues. I think and not sure but diet and cardio conditioning (I sweat all day) might have helped. Just guessing don't have proof.
4) Now this is a big one. You do turn into an asshole. I am a very calm person and avoid confrontation at all cost, but Tren made me want to beat the crap out of people for doing things that would never bother me. I had to keep reminding myself that its the tren and not me. Let me be very clear, if you can not control your anger and emotions do not touch this. I have three kids, my wife and had to be very careful. Again, I strongly recommend you pass if you can't handle the aggression.
What would I do differently?
Nothing on this cycle since I promised vision to stay on the mix cut only to evaluate it. I am not sure if I will ever run tren again, but if I did I would do this same exact cycle adding Var for the first 6 weeks and Halo for the last two. That will take it to a whole new level.
At my age, 56 this was the first time I ever tried tren. Its a remarkable compound but for me health and safety is more important. I will start my regular trt dose of 200test on Monday. Also, going to draw bloods at the end of next week to see what they look like now compared to when I did right before I started the cycle.
I gained 3 pounds on this cycle. Now my goal was never to gain weight. I am all about physical fitness, healthy look and 185- 190 range with 6-8 percent bodyfat. My goal was accomplished. You can easily add more weight if you take in enough calories.
At the end I again like to thank Vision and PSL for giving me this opportunity. I appreciate your support and encouragement through out the cycle. I stayed the course and was truthful all they way. I want to make sure anyone trying the mix knows what they are getting into and what kind of results they can expect.

Thanks Max. I am a coach and work with high school and college athletes. Very calm and good self control, but tren is a whole different ball game. I constantly remind myself its not me its tren. If you can't control your emotions Tren should not be on your list.

I wanted to make sure this cycle is concentrated on the mix cut 300. I stayed true to the dosage and did not add anything else, so I can truly know the results are from the Cut Mix. I think adding var for first six weeks and Halo the last two would make this cycle untouchable. Everything else I did right. I did my one hour cardio daily, kept my weight around 190 pretty much where I started but my bodyfat is at single digits and diet was spot on. No regrets.
2) When you do your next Bulk, what would the cycle look like?
I don't bulk. Speed, agility feeling of well being. At 5'10 and 190 pounds with single digit bodyfat I am pretty solid. Remember 56 years old and no reason for me to bulk up anymore. No blood pressure issues, lipds are great and so it my overall health. I really never did heavy bulk. Its always been slow and steady keepable gains.

Perfect answer on #1- once I make my plan: I do not deviate : unless something is wrong . I am meticulous. Funny you mention halo, that is my hardening freak agent with primo ace , etc.
#2 I did not know you are 56, hells yeah! Smart Man. Definitely about functionality and Looks too. LOL
