Any one have any experience with these? I ran out of my eaa's and want to try something new/.

I was planning on just getting the normal eaa's but they are out of stock but these look good too.

I've used these.

It's about as good an eaa blend that you'll find.

Flavor isn't great though.

Price seems good for the amount and number of servings compared to other stuff I’ve been looking at. I’m just going to order them.

How are the joints holding up with FT training? In my 5th week and mine are beat. Prob gonna cut this week short and go into the deload next week. Shoulders and knees feel like shit but the gains on just 200/100mg test/deca have been solid as hell.

My form's been solid but honestly about 85-90% on my last rep of each movement on loading and muscle round days. Im gonna cut that rep out on my next blast with FT and see if it cures the joint problems.

yep that's exactly what happened with me. by the fourth week I knew I only had one more week of it before I had to de-load. I made solid gains... Im up 6 lbs which is good for me. I dont gain easy. Legs and butt look way different. chest has improve a little also.. Arms are still skinny though.

But I did my deload wrong I was supposed to do muscle rounds only and did mostly pump and load. But I did keep it light and did recover. I just finished my first week back and I feel great again.

Im with you though 5 weeks of FT is pretty brutal. I had to buy a weight belt... Straight leg deads, Squats, bb rows, t bar rows, db rows, Hell even leg press... three and four days a week with heavy loads was a killer.

Yea, I've got to force myself to leave a little more in the tank on load days, I think. Gonna lighten the loads on the pump movements, too. And focus more on squeezing and mind-muscle connection. Hard to turn that intensity off after loading. Hopefully this cures the joint issues. I've recomped noticeably on minimal aas. No gain in scale weight. But gonna keep carbs moderate so i can go into October pretty insulin sensitive for my next AAS blast.

I'm a believer in FT though.

Noticed any muscle imbalances? My right arm is significantly bigger than my left now lol. Growth has been so quick, it happened before i even realized it

Not really. The only one is my left calf is significantly smaller than my right.. But that is normal for me because the left ankle doesn't move almost at all. I wonder what caused your imbalance. I dont do much single arm stuff any more though. only db rows on a load day.

Ruptured bicep tendon two years ago in left, for one. I have to pay more attention to it anyway. Little faster growth than usual mostly, I'm guessing. Faster than i could catch it and correct it. Just something I'll have to keep an eye on with FT

That's a good looking spread!

I actually like eating my meals every day. Everything weighed and different meat every meal. I made seasoned turkey burgers, tri-tip and curry spiced chicken breast.

Adductor

You know I haven't been working my adductor/abductors and I think that might be part of my sciatica problem. I just did some hardcore stretching on my piriformis and it seems like it's helping

Sciatica issues tend to come from posterior chain weaknesses pretty often and Adductors play a pretty big role there.

Also, if your legs suck, big Adductors help fill the thigh gap

Lmao yeah they definitely help!

I'm pretty sure that's a part of my problem. I'm gonna ease in some light work on them and progress until I can actually move some weight without hurting

Looks like you're getting the weights and rep ranges dialed in

How is progress going? Happy?

Yes I really like the program. It is definitely harder on the body. I really think the frequency along with those muscle round days are the key.

I’m up weight and look good. I think I would have to eat a lot more though to gain the way some gain. And I already eat so much. I’m well over 4K cals on work out days. I just don’t have the drive to try to eat more.
