day 28
tried to hit dips push day before my 12hr ahift. only got 3 hrs of sleep and i think im getting nerve pain in the left elbow on pressing motions. so i hit ans neck and forearms instead. rerunning it tomorrow. i think skipping a gh pin prior to the day may help

ever get this tone quality out of an acoustic?
 
It definitely isn't in my system by then, if I don't have anything besides water and pre workout in my stomach, I will get some stomach pains, that early in the am.

Dude, I hear you. I work out in the mornings too and find that if I don’t at least eat something like a tiny bit of oatmeal with a spoonful of peanut butter or whatever, I will end up getting dizzy, and I have even puked a few times if all I’ve had was water.

i started it its not a problem 🤣 and u can do another 3 or 4 pages and it will still be more on topic than a @JACKED_ log 🤭
 
day 29
went to the gym later in the day. and well rested. had no plan, so i didnt take my orals. decided on my bench day. still tied my previous day on all lifts but without the orals. lookin pretty sick. gunna try to get back on a harder cut monday so i can bulk again. getting smallers kinda a female thing

tried out front squats since @Seattlesbest blew out my back and left my knees sore. First time giving em a solid effort and they felt amazing on my joints, good quad activation. i have some blockage on my right ankle from a wrestling injury so my foot caves at the bottom. i can try some heel elevation to alleviate that next time. didnt really push too hard yet cuz i didnt wanna fuck anything up my first day.

gunna dial in a bit harder tomorrow. allegedly been wasting my genetics.

U look different day to day!!
Takes me 3months to get physical/ visual changes u get in a week or 2! props to u!💪
 
ik its not the ideal rep range but it makes the gym way more fun when youre chasing the numbers in the 1-3 range
If adding that rep range makes it more fun...then f yeah. That's what it's all about, right? If you don't enjoy it, there is no point.

Try front squats on a smith machine, u can lean forward into the machine which makes stabilizing the weight alot more comfortable & loads quads even more.

ill give it a shot at the start of next leg day and see which i prefer

actually trying here now. coworkers went to panda (my favorite) and i tagged along and just ate my pork. absolutely locked in. ignored the fact they ate my favorite food right next to me.

did an hour of cardio in the morning after dropping flowers and a card off at gf's doorstep at 5 am. she was stressed about starting her new job today. her day definitely sucked because there were big onboarding problems but luckily i made her happy for part of it

u can definitely tell my cores tighter. putting my day 0 pic i posted here against todays pic. my skeletons definitely a headstart in bodybuilding. just gotta add some lean meat on it
