How do you approach Thanksgiving Day Food Wise?

I'm doing all the cooking this year, worst thing I'm making is sweet potato casserole, and it's a simple one, sweet potatoes a little brown sugar and mini marshmallow. I got some low fat machine and cheese also
 
Generally I just eat what ever and not worry about it.

This year sticking to my macros and indulging in some gravy for my instant mash potatoes.

I'm probably gonna shave my calories here and there to eat with everybody but beyond that the same.
 
I cut back on today and will Friday if needed. But I'm enjoying the food for the most part. And I'll sandwich it between a tough back day and leg day on Friday so I'm not stressing
 
I will eat.

Then I will make some yeast rolls and a pumpkin desert while drinking beer.

Then I will eat some more.

Eventually there will be a parade and football on TV, during which I will eat and drink beer.

After all that, I plan on eating some and maybe having a beer.

Just made these today and I got 3 more pies in the fridge. 😁
 
I make the traditional foods and eat like I feel, the approach is the same as normal, cleanest, organic, undyed, no preservative, no fake sugar/salt/fat etc... for all the ingredients thats all.

Thanksgiving is easy, org: bird meat, potatoes, butter, vegetables, pasta/cheese, red wine, homemade pie with clean fresh, from-scratch type components.

went in knowing i was going to be doing a bunch of kitchen bitching as it was us hosting my fiance's family so wanted to stay busy, also planned to eat everything and anything ---ended up one plate with mostly protein. probably came in under calories and protein macros, just resting up appetite is honestly tuned towards my meal plan now.
 
dang. surprised im one of the only ones sticking to my diet
your not alone i am too.. except i switched one of meals from 8oz of chicken to 8oz of turkey instead

im coming out of a cut and my body is supersensitive and can put on fat super easy right now im not tryna ruin my rebound and upcoming offseason by getting fat already... if i was deep into my bulk i would be eating everything
 
I fast all morning and we eat around 2pm and stop eating when I’m full and don’t eat until breakfast the next day. I look forward to turkey day leftovers as much as I do any holiday.
