Does anyone have anything different in their game-plan for 2013? i.e. like trying a different training method(like Dog-Crap or German Volume etc) or wants to compete or is going to take the Tren Train for a ride. Maybe give that Clen another shot, Maybe dead-lift or squat a certain weight??? Maybe even try Cross-fit

For me when my hands at a 100%, I would like to do a bodybuilding show. My avi doesn't show it but I'm almost 6'2 so it will be hard for me but maybe I can find a show for people over 6 feet or something. As you know, I've got the help from my fiancee and she's going to try and get into a local show. Who knows, we'll see.
