Personally, I have not used an AI either - through any of my cycles. But, I do usually run Masteron and/or Proviron.

I pulled below blood work two weeks ago on 180mg test c pw, with no AI...fml

Everyone reacts differently. On 200mg weekly I never need it. Only way to know is blood work, which is standard every 6 month if you are on TRT. Its not a guessing game.

I'm one of those people that on occassion needs to use a dose or so of an AI.

I have both AndroGEL and INJ and it's up to me which I use or if I combine. My Primary Dr. prescribes me and shes super cool with me about it. I actually wanna say I get more aromatization when I use the gels and I get a gyno flare up. It easily goes away with a dose or two of Exem or even a few days on Nolva.

But it's not consistent. I absolutely do need to dose an AI a few times a year and honestly I don't go over more then 100mgs e4d.

I had some gyno on one side from my days of cycling heavily that went away but it comes back much easier now. It's always and only that side though.

I can't say I grow more but my SHBG is low so that may have something to do with aromatization

Absolutely

I got up to 230 and was monstrous last year from eating like a pig on HRT

Granted I am 44 now. I am older, so maybe that has something to do with it?

My years of heavy training and massive cycling are not neccesarry.

I can get huge again quickly if I eat well and train consistently. It's weird.

Im an endomorph so I always struggled with weight. I started lifting at 8 years old and 75lbs. I was in high school at 120lbs.

At my biggest I was 5'8 and 230-240lbs at prob 6% BF. Jacked out of my mind.

I now carry 200-210lbs barely trying.

I am a huge believer in muscle memory.

I too am one who needs an AI. My Estrogen was 89 on175mg of test cyp a week. Started 12.5mg Aromasin EOD. That did make a difference in the way I felt.

That seems to be a standard protocol regarding the clomid and idk why. I know a guy who had a similar protocol. I told him I'd just drop the clomid. He wants to feel good. Clomid isn't going to contribute to a feeling of well-being imo. Would you agree with my assessment?

Interesting no doubt. Dont 100% agree. What about folks with prepubescent gyno? They're natural testosterone surge caused them gyno. I know guys that have flare ups on hcg. Im very sensitive too gyno from taking dbol only cycle in 8th grade then down the line some ladyboy lovin individual who calls himself Dr. Was preaching how ment trestolone ace is this miracle compound that does all these things without the mention of high conversion. Gave me a flare up. I take responsibility for not doing my research. I gotta run serm or a.i on any amount of test. Nolva, ralo, aroma or adex.

My doctor has me on 200 every 5 days. With that I both my test and estrogen tend to run a little high. My estrogen was at 84 I believe on last blood work, with sensitive nipples and some crabbiness. so i take an AI 24 and 48 hours after injections and that seems to keep me ok.

I’m the same way, I have had pretty bad gyno since puberty and recently started trt from a doctor. Injecting 100mg test cyp every 3rd day. Just hit my 4th week and nipples started to get puffy and sore. Doc gave me .25 anastrozole to take once weekly 24hrs after every other injection. Hoping it helps clear it up but we’ll see.

I’ve noticed significant strength gains off of 200mg a week in only 4 weeks. But we will see if that tapers out.

Im not sure if it makes a difference but i produce no testosterone what so ever. This has been my average if i didn’t mess with stuff for last few years.

Doc has me on Finasteride for hair loss and acne. It has helped some, more with hair loss. I think acne is just part of it. Im sure someone will chime in with a better answer for ya.

My trt doc takes care of it. My back still breaks out bad but my face doesnt as much and my arms and legs dont as much.

Best advice I've ever heard and works best:
1..more frequent showers.
2..try to steer away from harsh soaps..
3..tanning bed or some sun time..really helps

Others might add some.
