Trying to re-learn "South of Heaven" but this time both parts. I haven't played in over five years and I am amazed how perishable the skill of guitar playing is. I really though my right and left hand would cooperate. I am beginning to think anything with a "gallop" is out the mix for me in the future.
So, my boy is the musical one. He’s been doing really well with the saxophone and he picked up drums really quick at 9 years old. Anyways, I have around 12 guitars now and he’s always trying to get me to teach him but he’s left handed and I’m right and my full sized guitars are a little big for him. Got him a left handed 3/4 size classical acoustic for his bday this week. Gonna be a blast teaching him. I hope he sticks with it and gets really good. He’s really into outlaw country/southern rock and that Appalachian folk country stuff (Tyler Childers).

My daughter is into animals. Wants to be a vet and own a farm. My son is into music and football. I hope they both make it so I can retire someday.

Time to dust off my guitars I think.

The kid can fight is ass off but he comes across as a piece of shit human outside the ring, so I dont root for him.
Im looking forward to him getting knocked out one day, idk if anyone in there now could do it though, his head is made of concrete.
He’s a god damn freak but that IQ is killing him.

Bet you can live on your daughter's farm whiling away the days when you get old and then your son landing a huge NFL contract with some big name team...

That sounds fun.

When I went to Arizona recently I went to an outdoor festival that featured Navajo tribal dances and drumming. Quite a good time!

This one had several tribes, each doing their own drumming and dancing, then they did "all-tribe" dances with each tribes drummers and singers taking turns. It was pretty cool.
