So i have a friend. Him and his wife are just getting into lifting. He asks me for advice on his form and when to start gear food all that stuff and listens. BUT his wife is the issue. Shes 3 months in and completely ego lifting. Form is just so bad i reallty think shes gonna hurt herself, She took a personal training course, decided to take anavar and even taking a very tiny dose of test. Shes moving decent weight for a tiny chic but shes gonna blow a knee or really hurt her back. We live on opposite sides of the country so i only see the vids she post and i cringe everytime i see them. Would you give advise or let her learn on her own?
