Once I kept getting my supplement bill separately from my food on a graph , I about shit bricks at how much I was spending for some time (that was always trying to get specials and sales ) . I now can stay healthy as I can without injury(Knock on wood) and Spend “what is costs to go eat at a restaurant “!

Definitely worth your health but, we can only hope we have tomorrow....I wish you well, as always !

I try to save my nickels, use my head, and have a nest egg for the fun times on Vacation, with the Females or with Family ! Plus, Longevity is something that should be spoken about; especially with all the health issues from whatever : MD and Bloods , will save you early !

Supps can be just as powerful without the toxicity and sides of certain meds. Just knowing I lowered my triglycerides by 68 points within 5/6 weeks! Just Fish/Plant EPA w low DHA . That was the second time I fixed bloods before getting meds. First time lowered AST/ALT w Tudca , MIC , NAC , SAMe .

Oh man..I can only wish! . My goal for Fifty is to have a complete lean, low abdomen and strong legs/hips/glutes. Seems like males first, get a belly around the spare tire area...then they lose their Ass...Then their legs; (but not calves), that part is complete genetics . I do not speak negatively about any One person or to myself but, I am aware of a lot of males all over the US & the world(I’m also harder on family! Lol ; The males are usually around the peri-andropause age group (or what they call a midlife crisis, to avoid pointing out that men need hormones TOO!) the signs are so clear watching all my mine [bestefedre, onklene mine og søskenbarna mine]uncles/grandpas/cousins !

Step 1 - they have increased marital issues
Step 2 - they leave or cheat on their spouse with a younger female or females! (Get caught or divorced)
Step 3 - they buy a Harley, a Suzuki Hayabusa(true on all three) or a Speedboat(35ft Scarab).
Step 4 - then they usually are hitting the gym, the bars/nightclubs and a few other things , hanging with girls that I hang out with! Lmao!

If male menopause/andropause/viropause; was actually a term used like Menopause for females, there would probably be a lot more solid marriages, they would have more money, and their kids & wife would not hate them for a period.....or a decade! . Even having me as their family member and an example of health; they actually avoid speaking of themselves(especially if they are having issues) and direct all questions about me(deflecting). Now that I am a grown man(in my eyes), I don’t wait ! I bring up their age, condition, to help and prevent the “Max OG Curse” (btw) my parents are re-married to each other. Lol. I let them know some facts and to get a full Mens health panel/complete physical and of course I have 50+ avenues for them after seeing bloodwork. I let them know that MALES NEEDS Hormone therapy sometimes and they do not even realize why they may be feeling or looking a certain way(Jackasses usually) . Even the thyroid can make a huge difference mentally(especially in females). Just adjusting (with a smart MD) their levels to “Normal” does wonders! They don’t have that sudden or creeping slow loss of that Alpha, that Nice Confidence. Cutting it off at the pass! I literally have had my uncle(married 20yrs) awesome wife, bad ass figure, made more $$ than him and he made quite a bit. She actually was one step higher in the same type of company. He started going online, pimping himself out (like 40 chicks in a short period) he said (every single girl that he met : sex first date!) It wasn’t any escorts/hookers because he NEVER will do that. He was Navy and can spot Em a mile away(I can as well).
He did some of the above until I talked to him about losing all his daughters&wife’s love & respect; got him a full physical, and after a lot of work, his 9 month long separation from his wife ended and they are more in love than ever and I actually have never seen him happier. On the DL.....he isn’t a prize physically...AT ALL ! He is good looking and has a phenomenal personality: total waterworld guy, out in the sun, works on every aspect of any home (he designs & builds all from his head with his wife and they are all Phenomenal! Plus he has good taste and likes em all! Every color, race , hair color size (never huge) his wife is Swede and Stacked but, he doesn’t turn down pussy! Some of his stories of these Gals were pretty damn interesting and quite crazy! All off normal date sites : he said POF and Just Facebook , Google whatever did all the work. I met a few and was so surprised at the diversity. He had me go on a double date with his date’s daughter(I was a perfect gentleman, but she was just leaving for 3 years to Thailand for Government work). She was super cute and well read, educated, and for the first hour I thought “Get me outta here” ! Holy shit was I wrong . I only saw her the one night @ her moms place and never again even though she gave me all info to visit her, I loved my girl....

Don’t be the Top Heavy, Huge Chest/arms guy standing on Popsicle Sticks! . I seriously see it all day! I always think internally: “I guess they plan on always wearing baggy pants and a belt . Looks like He-Man on top with legs replaced with toothpicks. Shorter shorts are getting shorter each year. I am a fan of Vans Skate Shorts , and Jack & Jones or RL camo-cargo shorts .
