When injecting

It’s a common spot for nerves. Also the quads. I’ve narrowed down an area on my quad that’s between two freckles where there are no nerves lmao.
Ive hit nerves in my delt that have made my arm jump and give me this extremely weird feeling that i dont like at all. My quads i loved for the longest time but then i started seeing all these youtube videos that say never ever pin quads, alot of bad shit can happen, freaked me out….now i try to twist and pin my glutes and get cramps from twisting and shit lol

I’ve had similar experience with my delt. It didn’t make me jump but it did cause some spasm in the shoulder then shot a lighting bolt down my bicep. My bicep tighten up and all day it felt like I had an intense bicep workout that morning (which I didn’t).

The slow and steady route has led to almost zero instances of pip or bruising or knots.

Now that I said that, I’ll prolly have some serious knots and pip after tonights poke.

Exactly!! Thats the exact feeling i was thinking of but couldn’t find the words! A lightning bolt! Its terrifying lol, makes me not even want to pin my delts

Better to stick it in fast and push it slow. I like pushing the plunger in slower because I don’t want any leaks and I feel it absorbs better.

Go slow and avoid hitting bone, that can put a real hurting on you...especially if an infection follows.

Do you fire the pin right in OR push it in slowly?
I'm not talking about the oil... but the dart itself.
I've always gone the slow route but know many that just fire it right in.
You guys?
Slow. That way I know if it's a bad spot and I can pull it out. I've never had something bad happen like bruising or blood squirting because of this.
