Im always on the road working right before my workout so I always stop to get burgers or a chicken wrap and down a quick energy drink. Im not the healthiest by any means.

But all this fasted talk makes me miss my fasted lifting. I gotta get back on that. The focus n pumps were solid af. I felt light as a feather too!
