Is overnight oats just soaking them overnight? Because when I was eating oats and egg whites fried up together, I noticed excess liquid on the plate AND the oats were chewy AF. My wife suggested I put the oats in a shaker bottle with the egg whites the night before and it not only made the oats more edible, it eliminated the excess liquid.
I put mine in a pint mason jar, 6oz almond milk and 1/2 cup slow cook oats, shake it and set in the fridge overnight.

You can add whatever you like. I’ll add blueberries, walnuts and a scoop or two of chocolate whey protein iso.

Travels well and is pretty good.

🤣 spinach is the way bro 😎 really good. I like to juice with 2 full hand of spinach, 1 cup of blueberry 🫐 and 1 tablespoon of raw honey and 1 banana 🍌 cleans me right up. Also kefir is really good as well. But buy it from Amazon and grow it yourself at home this is cheaper and full of probiotics for your gut. Better than yogurt and can only mix it up with any berries no fruit or honey because will immediately kill the good bacteria for your gut.
I don’t juice but my wife makes yogurt for us. Sometimes we strain it for Greek and the whey/water that comes out of it I’ll drink. A lot of good bacteria for your gut.

I start the day with a weight gain shake BSN 1200, add 1/2 cup raw almonds, 1 cup uncooked Trader Joe's oatmeal, 1/2 cup T.Joes frozen mangoes, and a scoop of BSN protein powder. I start this job at 0630 finish it by 8...and then do second bfast round 9 ish...usually a bagel with veggie c.c. I'm on the bulk and at week 12 of my 16 week cycle I'm at 177.4 from 166 in January!

A few of my past favorites- I used to eat and still my favorite is steak & eggs w fruit . But I’d get chicken and pork tenderloin sausages made to order w eggs and I ate Cube steak an eggs for about a year ! Here’s a few ideas , my ultimate favorite is Salmon Lox & Bagels with everything!

How comes there's no food restaurant chain that caters to bodybuilders/power lifters/strong men etc? If I could do it, I would name the franchise, Macros Inc.

Used to be a chain in NJ called Muscle Maker Grill. I loved the place. Great food that would fit any eating plan.
But like most great things they went out of business.

Weekdays I have 4 hard boiled eggs, 10oz. Siggi’s yogurt with blueberries and raspberries, and 4oz coconut & cashew butter granola.

1 cup of cranberry juice (not from concentrate)
3 cup of oj (not from concentrate)

6-8 cups of rice crispies with almond milk

1 cup jasmine rice 6 eggs. the amount of rice and egg vs egg white changes according to bulking or cutting. If bulking ill throw a few slices of costcos extra lean ham in there too
My alt breakfast is kodiak rolled oats fairlife milk with protein powder gain amounts change according to macro needs

I put an ounce of crumpled bacon in the ban and render the fat while I cut up some fresh spinach. I encircle the bacone crumple with the spinach. then add 3 eggs to the middle holding the third one in place until they congeal enough to stay in place. Then cover until the yokes skin over. Then I add 1 oz of cheddar cheese, turn off the pan and let the cheese melt until the yoke is barely firm. Once I remove the unscrambled omelet I add 1/2 cup of rice to the pan in the remaining rendered bacon fat and flash heat it to brown with a dash of teriyaki.
