What's Your Go To Breakfast..??

1.5 cups blueberries
1.5 cups non fat Greek yogurt
handful of walnuts
2 hard boiled eggs

Weekdays are 1200 calorie gainer with 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1.5 cups Almond milk, 1/2 cup frozen mango and 1/2 cup walnuts or almonds. It's a great way to get a jump on carbs and protein and comes in at right around 1700 calories 210g carbs and +/- 50 grams of protein. Weekends are real breakfast, eggs, oatmeal, taters sausage and toast. Bulking right now!

Cinnamon
Vanilla

Top with blueberries
Peanut Butter
Rice Krispies
Sugar free maple syrup

This sounds pretty damn good. Having trouble getting my calories in so def giving this a try.
 
cream of rice with maple syrup and cinnamon
greek yogurt and scoop of whey
 
250g egg whites
2 whole eggs
50g (dry weight) cooked oats mixed with a scoop of whey that is flavored with some sort of cinnamon. I currently use Core Nutritionals “PRO” in cinnamon French toast flavor. Amazing!

During a bulk I double or triple the oats.

Me too man! I contend that all the liver haters are just not cooking it right, and/or cooking it right.
I use the skylark brand liver from safeway. They come in 4 oz vacuum sealed portions that are pre cleaned. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and fresh cracked pepper. Cool on medium about two minutes each side. Don’t overcook. Cheap, easy, and tasty way to hit macros. 👍

Interesting. I might try this one day I'm feeling froggy... I did try to like chicken livers which was a complete fail. I could have cooked it wrong. I had deer liver once and gagged. I tasted that shit for days.
 
My all-time favorite breakfast is stacks of french toast made with Martin's potato bread. Topped with butter and confectioners sugar. It's been forever since I've had it.

Nowadays I don't have breakfast, lunch, dinner. I view them as feeding times. So it can be steak, ground beef, tuna, mozzarella cheese and pepperoni, etc. For the first feeding of the day

3 whole eggs scrambled, 4 pork sausages, hash browns, 2 slices whole wheat bread, and 1 scoop weight gainer in a shake.
 
I was going to say. I’m 235 and eat about half that. Wish I could eat more. Fucking @samgraves82 can kill two rotisserie chickens in one sitting. I’d be 270 if I could eat like that!

I used to have 5 eggs, piece of toast and glass of milk, but few weeks ago I had a real bad stomach bug, couldn’t use the bathroom or eat for a week, I would just try to drink but no food at all I wasn’t hungry. My stomach hurt so bad I couldn’t be on my feet for more then 10 mins, I bought magnesium and citrate and hour later I was throwing and shitting at the same time, it was 15 hours of hell…. I was completely dehydrated, I had to sip pedilyte for 4 days, finally started to eat little bits at a time but my tastebuds changed. Things. I’ve used to eat and love it grosses me out
 
I've had days of that..
Actually, February of last year, I didn't eat for 6 days..
Nearly, didn't make it back..
But Somehow, no matter how bad it gets..I pull through..

I'm afraid one day..
I won't..!!
