Mine is one cup rolled oats, banana, cinnamon and molasses..with a scoop of Whey..
Sometimes two eggs and fried,air fryer potatoes..

On the quick cereal..
Always oat milk..

Oatmeal mixed with whey protein. If I’m in a quicker time crunch, protein bar and cut up fruit.

Depends on time of year. Trying to gain = large bowl of fruity pebbles & use milk from cereal in protein shake, large bowl of oatmeal with 2 scoops protein, 6 whole eggs with bowl of chopped baby spinach & salsa
Cut= 6 whole eggs

4 eggs, 6oz of ham, multigrain english muffin with sf peanut butter every morning.

Cutting

2 eggs and 4 egg white plus 1 cup oats blended in 1 cup 1% milk

2 eggs
2 egg whites
1/2 cup oatmeal with stevia and monk fruit sweetener
I might substitute the liver for some leftover tri tip or flank steak from the night before.
