Get Shredded!
images (42).jpeg

My go to is ribeye but unfortunately it's not the leanest cut, or even close to it. I mainly eat a lot of Sirloin wraps for quick on the go protein smash and grab.

I get some tortillas and some lean sirloin cuts and cut it into strip's. I lay about 6oz of meat on to a wrap and a dash of shredded cheese with salsa. This is my go to 85% of the time.

Sirloin is my go to but nothing beats the Porterhouse imo. Now days it’s out of my price range most of the time so I usually grab what’s on sale and lots of it. Picked up 10 lbs of skirt a couple weeks ago for just under 3$/lbs. haven’t seen any beef that low in a while.
Getting ready for the hunt so hopefully after this weekend I’ll have some venison to add to the freezer.

Steak is my favorite, though I never ate it much. (Maybe twice a month). Starting to eat it more these days, as chicken (of all kinds) is starting to be a real turn off...

Check out the Big Texan in Amarillo. Their record is actually held by a girl! 3 full meals of the 72oz steak and side in 20 minutes flat.

Lots of chicken breast for sure, lean ground beef every now and then 93/7. Throw in some shrimp every now and then too.

I buy a whole cow, 3 pigs, and and about 80 chickens (butcher the chickens myself) every year.

Bone in ribeye is the favorite. Especially bacon weaved then reverse seared (smoked, then seared).. burns the bacon a bit but it's so delicious! But gotta switch it up cause too much of anything and it starts to become... mehhh.

I'd take the challenge. All I need is a blunt and ghrp-6

That sounds pricey but you got that DVD money 🤑
Actually, I get it local for anywhere from $6-9 per lb. Depending on if its on sale or not.

I don't see salmon mentioned...that's mine. Publix (grocery store in the South) sells these salmon pinwheels that are wrapped around crab meat, those are delicious. Not a big fan of white fish but salmon (#1) and tuna (#2) are delicious.
