What is your favorite attachment?

Mine has to be the long rope tricep extension, regardless of the variations whether it's with the long rope, long strap, or the long strap/rope with handle grips, long as the intent is for that long and deep contraction with that nice stretch.

Love the long rope variation that was often talked about by the legend himself Mr John Meadows.

I like the timber block of wood for triceps. It's odd and makes me feel manly.

I like the “spongy” handles that are used for cable crossovers, side laterals, etc.
The Mountain Dog recommends those frequently.

Vulken Tricep strap/rope thingy. Use it anywhere you'd use a traditional rope, but it's much longer. Get a better range of motion.

That right there is what I use, that strap thingy is perfect. It's also great for face pulls

Great for straight arm lat pulldowns too.
It's absolutely Dynamite for stiff arm pull Downs. What's best about it is you get deeper because you can get past the hips and once you do that you can contract your lats and squeeze. People have looked at me and laughed because I only have a very little amount of plates pinned, but little do they realize it gets hard.. feels light but out of nowhere it just hits you

long rope D-ring handles for triceps are PHENOMENAL for hitting every head of my tricep, the ability to tweak each rep to be bias for each head makes the D-ring long rope the “money attachment” for me

Precisely and that is the perfect word for nominal.
This is my all-time favorite attachment.
With the small adjustments that you can make with tweaking things, different hand placement and whatnot just compliments each and every single rep.
The pump is absolutely outstanding, and what I love most about it is you can hold the stretch at the end and it gives you a nice good deep stretch the more you lean forward. 2 x 20 is all someone needs if they are truly dialed in to the mechanics with the range of motion. 💪👍

Beyond wrist wraps (my hands need them). I’d say a waist chain . The coolest accessories type item I enjoyed (for others) was the Manta Ray shoulder pad for people that have pain with the Oly Bar.
Mag Grips are phenomenal !! The Spud Inc for home upper/lower pulley system as well**

Now I know this isn't an attachment but I think this belongs in the conversation, versa grips.. I absolutely love the things.
Back when I had a physique lol, and I was burping anavar and stenbolone, and the pumps were a bit painful on my forearms these bad boys will come right into play.
Var just destroy my brachioralis midway through my sessions..

Long time Versa grip Pros user here !!!!!

I love the little straight bar attachment. I use it for curls, tricep pushdown, tricep headcrusher, reverse lat pulldown, and straight arm pushdown.

Attachment for what? Bands are great because you can essentially do anything with them.

Not entirely sure what you mean with your question?
I just mean are we talking about specific attachments like for a cable machine? Because I could make an entire list of attachments and accessories that I use, lol.

The question is pretty self-explanatory along with the responses.

Rope & d rings, prob utilize the most..I like some others ,but I have been isolating each side lately on various movements arms, lats, shoulders etc

Bands are completely underrated and for those that do understand them, they are capitalizing on something that is extremely beneficial when used properly.
I use bands for a variety of things but I use them a lot for shoulders.

Welp.. the word attachment was not plural so of your list think of your all time go to item. It can be whatever you want, something that's an added bonus with your lifts, something that changes the mechanics, convenience or whatever it may be..

I love bands for shoulders, and triceps, you can also do a good morning with just bands so it's good for the hams and low back as well. Also great for just working on explosion for the big lifts.

As far as cable attachments go I will use just about anything. Fat bars, close handle grip, straight bar, hammer bar, rope, tricep bar, etc. I'm a big believer in changing things up to progress and prevent injury.

My favorite for nuking shoulders after a nice session is doing the overhead band pull apart and lowering it behind the head, and just repeating this until you're on fire from all the reps. You don't need much either.

I used to use my fat grips a lot and put them on the bars or attachments but I haven't used them in a minute, that's a good reminder you gave me right there when I get back in I'm going to hit those back up again. Great for hammer curls

I love them, great for grip strength. Using fat grip on compound movements is far better than trying to isolate grip exercises in my opinion.

They also rock when doing trap bar shoulder hangs, just for forearm burnouts..

Yup, that is actually one of Ed Coen's favorite moves. He would just hold a fat grip bar with a shit ton of weight for as long he could hold for a couple reps. Talk about developing strong hands.

I used to use hand towels wrapped around it, than I found the yellow fat grips online and I was like hellss yeah!

Fat grips are another favorite of mine for really getting that pump on my forearms while actually working my biceps, kills two birds with one stone
