I use 8-12 oz of whole milk
-2 scoops of protein
-1 banana
-ice
-2 tbsps of low fat peanut butter
- 1 serving metamucil
-1 scoop of collagen protein
-1 lowfat yogurt

My favorite protein flavors are Blueberry Muffin, Banana Nut Bread and Pumpkin Pie with whipped cream flavor

What are you guys using these days?

What brand of Protein is your blueberry muffins flavor? I tried it from a company called Maxxler and theirs was god awful but It sounds amazing if done right.

Raw Dynamix aka Prescription Nutrition brought it to the market. It was hands down the best protein I have ever had and the best version I have ever had. It was immaculate. Sadly they went out of business.

Now I use Redcon1 MRE lite blueberry muffin or maybe they call it blueberry cobbler. It's A+++ flavor. Almost as good as the Raw dynamix version but not quite as good.

I also will use fresh blueberries in with it and the yogurt is blueberry yogurt The brand is Dannon Light and Fit.

Im using mutant peanut butter chocolate and I don't even drink it anymore. I add 2 scoops in a cup of oatmeal every morning with 100 grams of frozen Blueberries and it's one of the meals I look forward to the most

2 scoop protein
Banana
Pb fit or pb or almond butter.
Almond milk
Collagen or eggwhites on occasions
Water if needed to thin out
@GYMnTONIC Metamucil is a nice touch 👌
All shakes get tweeked to fit my macros.

In am - all my organ protective supplement powders, fresh fruit & frozen berries , whey isolate-Hydrolyzed whey .

Post workout- Dextrose/HBCD’s/Whey Isolate BetaTor 6g weight training days and {3g on my Off Days}Creapure5g post training ED, packet Yolked, 3.5g Carnosyn

Basically a mix of high carbs . Isolate creatine , hmb-free acid , beta alanine , and a egg yolk lecithin . The carbs go up according to my weight gain /body changes

My mixture is BCAA's,beta alanine and glutamine..
It helps this old man get out a couple more Reps..

Yes, a lot of guys used to use creatine pwo , even pump NO type aminos . I’ve definitely done so in that past but….I always experiment myself and found that : “I have all the energy and strength flowing already from my timed PED’s . That window after I train sooo hard and am all beat up , tired …I am able to recover and have energy again to train (although I don’t do that ) . I just found I grow . I have some good muscle , but need more Ana more maturity . After Each bulk & cut , I see more detail, more or new veins, more definition. I just started so we shall see over this next year . I’m doing some new diet & supps & PED’s . My blood pressure is lower and my bloods are good now, but we will see if I can keep things from going awry

High fat days: 8 eggs, 1/3 C whipping cream, 2 T mct oil, 2 packets Equal, a few drops of vanilla

Carb days: 3/4 C oatmeal, 16 Oz egg whites, heaping T peanut butter, 5 count of Hershey's syrup

Very similar to mine I drink 3 a day plus my regular meals

Yep me too.some I eat it like a bowl of oats
I make overnight oats alot too. I put them in a red solo cup. 8oz oats, two scoops protein, I hand full of finely chopped strawberries, blueberries or mini chocolate chips, then I fill the rest of the cup with whole milk. I put it in the fridge overnight and it’s a delicious breakfast. Great before the gym, plenty of carbs.

One scoop of vegan protein powder usually chocolate, half a banana, scoop of natural peanut butter, oat milk, water and some ice. I’ll also add 5g of glutamine

Lately it’s been 2 scoops vanilla protein, 2 scoops collagen, and 3 T of orange flavoredMetamucil.
Taste kinda like a shitty 50/50 bar.🤪
