I'm have to try that..idk about 500 lbs but ...Squats 495x20
Seated calves 4x30
Standing single calves 4x30
Took me a full hour... Squats alone took 40min straight, no rest.........Phew.
Not only do super squats build huge legs
It also expands your rib cage so you can pack on more muscle...Pecs/Lats ETC...
When you got 500#'s on your back and your doing some huge breaths between reps... EVERYTHING gonna grow.
take a couple of leg days and just do squats... and see where you fail at 10 reps....And do 10 more... People say its impossible.I'm have to try that..idk about 500 lbs but ...
Hell yeah, last time I went ice skating I lasted like 30 minutes and my feet, ankles, and calf’s were friedGoing skating with the kids today does that count as leg day lol

You failed at 10 reps!!!! BUT your basically doing a rest pause on the 11-20th rep.... You will rest at 10 if needed.... No racking the weight, this is important. Deep breaths, long RP's by the end you should be "resting" with the weight on your back for at least 5- even 10 min.
This protocol has been around forever..,,I actually had the book. I swear by it, and others I train do also.
You know you used the right amount of weight when you can barely walk for 4-5 days. And forget walking on the treadmill for those 4-5 days because your legs will be so damn pumped it will hurt.... just a heads up on cardio and SS's
If your headed into a show, then yes isolation movements will be in place of Super Squats, but you'll never have to worry about having small legs again.... even dieting down to 3.4%
Once you have it dialed, try to add weight every 2 weeks.... even if its just a nickle each side. Progressive overload.
I think when I started doing these I was maybe doing 2 plates tops...lol
Also forgot to mention.... Warm up them legs good... don't matter how ( Leg Ext/lying leg curls Example) but dont squat and add weight and keep increasing it... do maybe 2 sets of squats with weight, then higher weight to get your form right... Nice sleeves and I have the Venom ones that have a hole for the kneecap as regular sleeves tend to cause pain as they press down on the kneecap. So far loving them as had practically pain free squats and deads as they kept my kneecaps stable (my knees are shitty af).Look into Tommy Komo knee sleeves.

I have not heard of carbion and a quick google search got me nothing. Do you mind pointing me in the right direction?I'll be hitting back this morning. My intra will consist of glutamine, eaa, creatine, and carbion.
