Whats everyone training today

I got legs this morning which means I'll be using 1ml of King Kong.

What's everyone training?

Blackjack as a dynamic warmup

20 push ups, 1 sit up
19 push ups, 2 sit up
18 push ups, 3 sit ups

Adds up quick and gets blood flowing

25 minutes on step mill (no hands)

500 meters rowing intervals x 8 trying to keep interval pace at 2 min for a 500 meter split

Sat in sauna for 10 min, showered and heading to watch a submission only grappling event this afternoon

Squats 495x20
Seated calves 4x30
Standing single calves 4x30
Took me a full hour... Squats alone took 40min straight, no rest.........Phew.
Not only do super squats build huge legs
It also expands your rib cage so you can pack on more muscle...Pecs/Lats ETC...
When you got 500#'s on your back and your doing some huge breaths between reps... EVERYTHING gonna grow.

Took me a full hour... Squats alone took 40min straight, no rest.........Phew.
Not only do super squats build huge legs
It also expands your rib cage so you can pack on more muscle...Pecs/Lats ETC...
When you got 500#'s on your back and your doing some huge breaths between reps... EVERYTHING gonna grow.
I'm have to try that..idk about 500 lbs but ...

take a couple of leg days and just do squats... and see where you fail at 10 reps....And do 10 more... People say its impossible.
You failed at 10 reps!!!! BUT your basically doing a rest pause on the 11-20th rep.... You will rest at 10 if needed.... No racking the weight, this is important. Deep breaths, long RP's by the end you should be "resting" with the weight on your back for at least 5- even 10 min.
This protocol has been around forever..,,I actually had the book. I swear by it, and others I train do also.
You know you used the right amount of weight when you can barely walk for 4-5 days. And forget walking on the treadmill for those 4-5 days because your legs will be so damn pumped it will hurt.... just a heads up on cardio and SS's
If your headed into a show, then yes isolation movements will be in place of Super Squats, but you'll never have to worry about having small legs again.... even dieting down to 3.4%
Once you have it dialed, try to add weight every 2 weeks.... even if its just a nickle each side. Progressive overload.
I think when I started doing these I was maybe doing 2 plates tops...lol

Appreciate that..quads are seriously lacking on me (broke/fd up knees and back couple years ago)my calves and hams are well calves are nice (not bragging but I hear it alot).so I most need growth in quads .will be trying this for sure.

Also forgot to mention.... Warm up them legs good... don't matter how ( Leg Ext/lying leg curls Example) but dont squat and add weight and keep increasing it... do maybe 2 sets of squats with weight, then higher weight to get your form right... Then do your SS's.!!!

P.s.... Buckets are handy tools

Felt that. I feel my knee pain the most when I’m doing leg curls.

Nice sleeves and I have the Venom ones that have a hole for the kneecap as regular sleeves tend to cause pain as they press down on the kneecap. So far loving them as had practically pain free squats and deads as they kept my kneecaps stable (my knees are shitty af).
I wore them mostly on my elbows... and yes ... I ended up cutting a slit into the sleeve so the tip of my elbow would be exposed.

Oh nice trick for the elbow sleeves so I'll cut a slit in my elbow sleeves as I have rather pointy elbows as well. Bumping the point is painful af at times...

ordering now,
for today going for a walk with my fam in park and hit arms later.
my hams are sore as f today sure could use some stretching also

need elbow sleeve too actually,me and my lady ,her left my right,love getting old :rolleyes:

Yea my right elbow is bad some days ,golfers elbow and tennis elbow,so pain inside and outer.it can be excruciating on back and bi

Deadlifts, upper back, biceps today. Won't be able to move for the rest of the day 💪

Then I'm meal prepping for a few hours. Gotta train myself on how the fuck to cook salmon filets. Haven't had fish in YEARS and finally convinced myself to stop being a bitch and get those nutrients. Feel like I'm gonna wind up burning the shit out of em.
