Whats everyone training today

I closed the gym... -35 to-50 degrees outside today, 50 mph winds... Hasn't been this cold in over 100 yrs the weatherman said.
I dont want people to risk their lives to go to the gym.
They all knew yesterday so nobodys pissed.

That’s insane, I freeze my ass off at 20 degrees with 10-15mph winds lol

as for what you guys saying about intra...i have used the zero sugar,throw kabrolyn or waxy maize in there,glutamine also,i used to do this may doit again cheaper..
water,no salt,salt [pink],waxy or kabrolyn and glutamine,i have never really used creatine gunna use that soon too.

yea it can be quite expensive thats why i switched to waxy,its chalky as hell but i get it down,guess i never really did gatorade bcus of amount of sugar,prob wont matter as
much just sweating it all out.always tried to keep sugar and salt at certain level,but it doesnt always go well,i have gone hypo few times at work and the gym,

Karbolyn is made up of complex carbs.
Karbolyn + cell volumizers = Greatness...
