You see my leg day routine on my log..high reps 15,12,12,20..that last 20 on leg press hack squat and dead lift is a motherfer
I haven’t checked your log today I’ll head over. That sound like my friends training style for legs, he does the same 15 reps and 20 on the last set with even more weight not a drop set 💀 every time I do legs with him… Jesus I leave with noodles legs. He has a trainer though, not sure if you do also. That’s my next goal for this year, I already have him picked out just need the $$$ lol

On the same boat as everyone else. I heard @JJB1 talk about this supplement and I’ve been really interested. Don’t know much about it.
I took my normal dose 20mg gw501516 Cardine in the morning as I usually do. 45 minutes before hitting the gym I took 3 caps Methyl Blue. As I was walking in the gym I felt focused, energetic and a hightened sence of well being. As I went through my leg workout I was presently surprised that I did not run out of energy. I was hot and sweating like a pig but thats normal. Then went on the stationary bike and banged out 45 minutes again with plenty of energy. It was pure energy, no shakes, jitters, no over stimulation. I will continue to this use this supplement as see how thing go. I really like it. Now time for nap....lol

I'm have to get this ordered..you sold me on 45min bike after legs damn.we don't do cardio on leg days in my program. Really sold me on no jitters,shakes etc..I really do hate stim,pwo powders or any type of speed shit.

You might like 40mg noopept, it’s pretty decent. I like the Methyl Blue or a little white Kratom w cold brew every once in a while .
We’ve had a few good ones come and go ! I like the ECA Stack but I have to do step dosing , otherwise I get the tremors , jitters but not anymore. We did have some like the DMAA , but I think it’s gone from most (National supps).
I took SWFT non Stim and it pumped me up (like gummi fish and Starblast flavors , I think CTD makes em. Their protein is fabulous cereal flavor like Dymatize but better (New Zealand Dairy Standards) . Noopept I couldn’t notice much until I took two pills , it will lock you into your plan for the day for sure . It’s super cheap too (powder wise) .

Fixing to hit Back and arms. It’s 19 degrees outside roads are frozen, work is on standby until better road conditions, so hoping the gym is open. If not I’ll have to go to the back up gym.

Yeah it’s been bad here since yesterday. I work in the oilfield so we work no matter what. Had a job Monday at 1am man… couldn’t feel my fingers, nose or lips, with ice coming down. Felt like I had done some high dollar blow 😂 we’re shut down now so you know it’s bad. 80% snow tomorrow

I literally laughed out loud at the nap comment. Surprisingly I feel pretty good energy wise. Watching the chiefs bengals with my little girl, well she’s watching cocomelon 🙄 but usually yes, it’s nap time afterwards.

I have the same experience when training back. I do very high intensity sets, on certain exercises mixed with high volume and heavy rows, rack pulls. Then after all that I go on to bis and tris. I separated back and arms to their own day due to being checked out by the time I got to arms, but then I felt I was getting too many rest days by separating them, so I went back to hitting them both same day. Only difference now is I really carb up prior to my training session and I incorporated intra crabs through a Gatorade/Powerade and it made a whole world of difference. That and enough sleep I’ll crush everything no problem, it’ll just take a long time at the gym.
You use slin with your Gatorade? I assume you went with that instead of hbcd for cost savings?

No slin with it and yes cost was a factor. I can buy a bunch of Gatorades/Powerades in bulk for cheap. You can always get the Gatorade powered and make your own intra drink. Gatorade powder, creatine, hbcd for added. carbs, bcaas… or add all that to a Gatorade bottle. Will be doing this in the future.

You prefer the powders or in the bottle? I've honestly never had the powder.
I use eaa's, glutamine, and creating in my intra. I'm about to add some sort of carbs.

Bottle has always tasted better imo. Powdered tasted like a diluted Gatorade bottle, best way I can describe it. If I can find powder with lower sugar than bottled I’ll go powder route. If not bottle will remain my go to.

I use Powerade mostly, cheaper and I like the grape flavor. Label wise it’s the same thing. I do the 28oz bottle which is about 50g carbs. Yes regular, I’d do the zero to minimize sugar but carbs are non existent on that one.

It wouldn't make sense to me if you we're using zero if we're trying to get carbs.

Look into Karbolyn by EFX...Great carb source and waaaay less $$$$$ than Cluster dex.

Chest and biceps yesterday. Got pinned under the Swiss bar on the last set, just 225. Haven’t used anything but DBs for chest in over 2 years so it’s a slow climb back to where I used to be. I prefer working out alone because I like to circuit train with supersets and choose my own music and hate having earbuds in. It’s a pain in the ass to not have a spotter when you’re trying to make gains though.

Today it’s back and triceps.
