We had our trick or treat last night. I behaved lolRest day for me. I'm training my butt to fit perfectly on the couch while moving as little as possible.
It's a struggle knowing there is a huge stash of candy waiting to be passed out to the little monsters of the neighborhood tomorrow night.
I rested today and got adjusted. I'll be smashing shoulders tomorrow.After everything settles down with Trick or Treating I will be hitting back, chest, and shoulders.
I took the weekend off to rest, and I'm struggling to get motivated. Once I hit the gym I will be ready to go the rest of the week.
Very productive day..been family time for me.gym later shoulders/arms/abs then meal prep and cook dinner for famGot back, traps, and calves in this morning. I also meal prepped and got the car washed.

Flat or slight incline..
10 sets of 10 ..slowly increasing w/ chains...
Band pulls at different angles to hit the mids and rears delts..around 10 sets of 8-12 reps..
Finish with a couple of machines on chest and tris...
Not pushing big numbers anymore..at nearly 57..I train smart, avoiding any possible injuries...Never pushing to beat any past PR's..
