Going do some pump sets get familiar with the new gym..
I actually picked up some karbolyn yesterday efx brand I believe. 50 g per scoop..

I'm taking a week off. Haven't had a week off in 10-12 months. To much inflammation going on.

Its good to do from time to time.
I'll be working on plowing.....Already 7" on the ground and is suppose to keep snowing all day... talking 20" total.. Fuck

Wtf! Keep that shit lol. We got close to 2 inches of rain. 10 degrees colder, I would be in the same boat.

Legs this morning. I plan to spend some quality time at the squat rack. Tough to do during the week with work and time. Also working on my bench. I never BB bench. Dumbbells only. Trying to add in some light/moderate weight benching a couple extra times a week on non-push days just to practice form and get better at the movement pattern.

I quit barbell bench years ago. To many shoulder problems

Told the lady I’d take a rest day and chill with her. I’m sure I’ll hit the treadmill here at home several times when I get bored. May even drag out the kettlebells and do a little work.

moved to an upper/lower split this past week. Today was upper with a heavy back focus. Been running a PPL split for months and first time trying an upper/lower. Just looking to change things up. Maybe incorporate some more active rest days. I love PPL, but damn I wouldn’t allow myself any rest. I’m hoping with a 2 on/1 off U/L, that I’ll either better incorporate some rest days or at least use my off days for some mobility work and/or low volume resistance on some areas that are lagging.
