Your body will thank youFew more days off then full body fuck it up! Can't weight to get back in there. I got the itch bad. Forced my self to take a week off. It's been a complete year and 3 months no break. I'm about to be a teen again when I hit that bitch. Already put on 5 pounds from chillin. Feel great ready to kill again!
