Legs today with the wife.

Squat racks are crowded Saturday mornings. Must be leg day for a lot of ppl.

I love training legs
It’s always been my favorite, even since my teens. Maybe it’s the mental effort required to keep going when things get tough.

Cardio and 2 sessions with clients, then floor & band stretching (one of the girls who is “FIT!”) said she will show me how to release my spine tension and really get my hams & groin. Low back & Cervical is always something that can be stressed , just staying ahead of it (tryin)

Did legs it was brutal
Lying leg curl 3rp with static hold until failure
Seated leg curl 4-6 reps, 20 rep widow maker
Belt squat 4-6 reps, 10-12
Hip press 2x15-20+forced reps
Hacksquat 20 rep widow maker

I was seeing spots and laying on the ground between sets

Luckily I have a week to recover

Few more days off then full body fuck it up! Can't weight to get back in there. I got the itch bad. Forced my self to take a week off. It's been a complete year and 3 months no break. I'm about to be a teen again when I hit that bitch. Already put on 5 pounds from chillin. Feel great ready to kill again!
