It is always interesting what some consider healthy. I must be weird as anything processed usually doesn't make my list for healthy food. Just may be less unhealthy then some other choices. But each to there own.

I get what you're saying...

Cereal (and milk) aren't healthy, but if you're going to eat cereal, at least the first ingredient is whole wheat and it's naturally sweetened for the most part. Better than Cocoa Krispies

My chick cooked 9lbs of chicken breast, a bunch of pasta, and some green beans. Meal prep for the week! Boring, but clean and healthy.

Yeah man. Fucking wild. I have like 15 meals prepped in the fridge now. I absolutely can’t stand chicken, but I’m trying to be nicer to my heart.

I have to wonder what something has to be to be considered unhealthy. I grew up in the time where advertisement bragged about "pure cane sugar from Hawaii"

Wife made Salmon bowls.

Air fryer salmon cooked medium, over Mango pico de guyo (avocado, red onion, jalapeños, cilantro, red pepper), over jasmine rice. Then a dousing Mike’s hot honey. Amazing.

I cheated big time yesterday, fn crawfish boil..way to much salt,was hurting yesterday and felt like shit this morning

I just started cutting this week and told myself do not click on this thread, is going to have too much damn good looking food. You can see how unsuccessful I was!

Had grilled shrimp and air fryed broccoli while sharing at pictures of cookies and crying.

Stopped by my mother in laws house and she was cooking home made stuffed shells and meatballs. I didn't have the willpower to say no.

What's your protein intake ??daily
It's really all over the place because of work. But on a good day I've been eating 2lbs of red meat and 6 eggs as my protein sources, plus about 30g of essential amino acids in my water. That's about 320g of protein a day.

As the dentist today so soup is likely dinner tonight.
Now lunches were a different story. Venison patty with Squash and the Venison Meatloaf with potatoes and peas and carrots.

I prep on Sundays. Try to have at least 2 meals a day for Four days.

I’ll be post the recipe for the Meatloaf in my Weekly Recipe Thread tomorrow.
