What you eating tonight?

Idk how you fellas eat ribs or fatty meats in general . My body just does not so well with high fats, as far as body composition goes . I do love me some Dino ribs. Steaks and sweet potatoes are my go too for high cal meals though
 
In the Insta Pot..once they're cooked I drain the excess fat..
With my Genetics and cardio, I'm pretty lean.
But
Everybody is different..

2 burritos.

One is chicken with rice and beans
The other is a carnitas burrito (pork) with rice and beans

And of course the 2 jarrito sodas… I’m not a soda guy but when it comes to these i will smash them

I had a big Mac and 2 double cheese burgers. Hand to God, I've had 4 Big Macs this week. And 8 doubbles. Still lean and mean tho. Insides are cancer ridden tho 😮‍💨

Steak fajitas last night homemade, cooked in 10min.ate it in under 5 lol.
10oz,sirloin,
Fresh onion ,3 colors bellbeppers,jalapeños and sour cream,taco bell sauce,went down good,kids tore it up..no leftovers 😂

Bro up until a few days ago I was walking around so fuckin stuffed that the thought of food made nauseous! Shitting 6 times a day knowing you gotta eat more because the fuckin App subtracted your workout cals! I thought I was stuck, weight wasn't coming up like I thought. I just upped my daily intake by 500 cals and hoping I can meet it.
