Doing 3lbs chicken breast 2lb sweet potato fries in sir fryer..just a few meals.and a snack..cook rice daily at my house switched from. Basmati to jasmine again.

Tonight I grilled some chicken thighs..black beans and yellow rice..Cut the chicken up added it with a little spice..
Mexican Chicken n Rice..

Just finished doing that, thinkin I'm as much as I wanna be lol. Tired of not eating and weathers been to shît to try to up cardio at this time lol :ROFLMAO: thinkin I might just sit at maintenance for a week or two lol


I had 8oz chicken, 1 serving fat free refried beans, fat free cheese, light sour cream , jasmine rice on a carb balance tortilla

Anabolic pb&j for supper lol
2 table spoons pb fit
2 table spoons almond milk
1 table spoon jif natural peanut butter
56g zero sugar yogurt
1 scoop protein powder
Mix all them ingredients together
2 slices low carb 45 cal wheat bread
34g zero sugar strawberry preserves
390 calories 50grams protein 💪

2 slices low carb 45 cal wheat bread

Damn you..I just ran out of pbfit and just got home with almond milk..I m have to try this w/o I guess.

You can use 2 table spoons peanut butter without the pb I just tweaked the original recipe to save on calories

I only use the almond milk for the pb fit its not needed with the regular peanut butter recipe

i need me some shrimp
So underrated for bodybuilding. Pure protein and what I do is buy the frozen precooked ones for when I run out of chicken breast accidentally. Thaw them under some cold water for a minute or two and fry them in a pan with some seasoning 😋

what you use to cook your chicken breast?
been running out of seasoning ideas lmao. thinkin of findin some semi healthy marinade to start soaking them in
