BBQ chicken samdwich. Red potatoes. Frozen yogurt with cool whip. Fun semi cheat/carb up.
 
Been a day where lunch was bigger than usual. Still within macros but still pretty full. So keeping things on the light side tonight with a Ryse Skippy Peanut Butter Protein Shake. Throw in about 15 grams of fiber powder for multiple reasons , and we’re golden. This is NOT a hardship. I LOVE these things. It’s like having dessert for dinner. And fits perfect with the my plan. No complaints here. 😋

i eat some form of it everyday sometimes twice.
rice oats and some dyno bites, cinamon stevia and some salted caramel drizzle from the skinny mixes.
totally addicted to it.

i have to have been eating this for several months now daily.
 
is that some sorta cinammon toasted tortilla/pancake? like a bunuelo topped with idk like 70 grams of rice crispies and 30 odd grams of choco bites?

ive been using rice crispies rice chex and dynobites so long now i can eye ball them grams pretty good lol

im terrible at proteins tho. not even close.
