What would you like to see on our website to make the order processing more convenient?

For those of you that are familiar with the ordering process with Z what would you like to see different about the site, and ordering process when placing your order?

I know that our site isn't really compatible with protonmail which kinda of sucks but it's a safety issue for us. Z operates the way he operates for a reason. He's going on 22 years without any real major issues for his safety and ours. Also keep in mind that he's on a totally different time zone so when you're up he's probably sleeping. We are always up for suggestions and solutions so just please let us know what we could do better.

People seem to have problems with the post order ticket stuff ime. If you could just order, get payment type info, and confirm order when done it would get rid of the confusion of all the transaction/order numbers. That said, it is a lot of over thinking on people's part tho

Yeah the ticket opening can be confusing because they don't really get a response right away because again different time zones they freak out.
