What tastes so good you can’t believe it’s healthy?

Cottage cheese with pineapple and oranges. Favorite breakfast. Favorite healthy sweet option as well.
Fuck I miss cottage cheese. As a kid I could do dairy but now I can’t do much with it.

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
But my serious answer is mussels with a spritz off butter. I think 1 mussel has a weeks worth of the dv of zinc. All protein low fat. Mussels fuck

Sweet potatoes. I like to eat them plain right out of the fridge, after boiling them. Baking is good too but I like the texture of boiled. Once I cut out processed sweets my tastes buds got sensitive to natural sweets and now cold sweet potatoes taste like pumpkin pie to me.
Very nutritious and filling.

I used to add cinnamon n a dash of sugar to them, and butter. VERY yummy.

Cinnamon is ok but I avoid sugar or any kind of on them. Just plain. For one they're almost all glucose so I don't need to add any more and I eat low fat so don't add butter or oil to anything. Not to mention I don't want to get used to flavoring them and then have to have them that way. I made myself like them in the lowest calorie form.
For baked ones a touch of salt goes well with it. And if I'm eating steak with it I like to get the juices from the steak on the skin. It's flavoring but it's already from the steak so I don't count it as adding calories. I agree a dash of sugar or butter wouldn't make much difference but I don't want to let myself crave them that way. I'd start wanting to add more.

Anytime regular people that don't watch what they eat hear that I eat sweet potatoes plain they look at me like I just said something outrageous 😂. I've had fat people tell me they can't eat them without a ton of brown sugar and butter all over it, and I've looked at their gut and then my lack of one and give them a look that says "notice a pattern"?

For me it’s bananas. When I do keto or low carb it’s the only thing I still crave.

I eat mine plain also

I would have to say Parsnips. Not too many people have probably had them, but they are on par and maybe even a little higher with taste than a sweet potato.

I'll have to check those out. Never had them
