Agreed. I've been eating the same breakfast so long that if I am on the road and have to eat something else, I feel like crap. I actually crave the egg whites and oatmeal over pretty much any other food in the am.Egg Whites and Oatmeal is my staple Breakfast

Egg whites and whole grain (unflavored) oatmeal. Sometimes along with a banana.
This is post workout. I have oatmeal and coffee pre workout
5 egg whites 1 whole
Daves Killer Bread p/b
2 Turkey bacon
Cinnamon oatmeal, with chopped up bananas and chunky peanut butter in it, with a chocolate protein shake on the side.
Eat it almost every damn day. I'd say 85% of the month it's my breakfast unless I'm in the field or some shit.
Two eggs, whole. No cholesterol issues and I find the omegas good for my joints. 1 well ripened banana, natural sugars to up the metabolism, mass shake from optimum nutrition with two cups whole milk and one cup oats. During the summer months I include blue, black and salmon berries for anti oxidants. The same breakfast everyday outside of vacation since May 2011.

I have a hard time with solid food for the first couple of hours after waking up, so usually it’s a protein shake with peanut butter and yogurt, or just some scrambled eggs. And coffee. So much coffee.
