What is Optimal TT level

Goodmorning everyone. My current total testosterone level is 2415 ng/dl on 250 mg test-c. Is this fine ? Or should I decrease/increase my dose. Thank you.

That's a small/low blast TT imo. That isn't a trt dose. You're a high responder.

This means 2 things. The brand you're using is solid and you're a good responder.

Hell ya that's good numbers for that small amount, I would go the 16 weeks and then drop down to say 125mg a week being that you respond so well.

He will being doing a pct so at 16 he will discontinue the aas and should start his pct week 18..

2415 is very High, which I do not recommend increasing the dose. The key to watch your estrogen level, Free Test level as well aby Gyno build up more factors etc. duration of the cycle.

Good Numbers......exactly what I would expect. I pulled bloods on 300mg of Pharma Test and was at 2800/2900 . I keep seeing 500mg test and 1800/2200 test levels and people High 5'ing each other.......I must be missing something. I think people are going to ask you to disclose the Brand of Test, so I will ........ Thanks.

I get my test from drugsear.to. Alan runs it. They are fantastic. The brand I’m using is called ZPHC limited edition test C. I inject it in my side deltoids instead of my cheeks although I’m not sure if that makes a difference.

How do I monitor my estrogen levels ?

Get a hormone panel from privatemdlabs. And it doesn't matter where you inject. Never a bad idea to rotate spots though.

An Estradiol sensitive test from PrivateMDlabs is like 70$.

Your Estradiol isn’t that high though. As long as you aren’t having side effects than you should be fine.
