Get Shredded!
I am in my early 50's and in great health. before covid, I was in the best shape of my life, 6
pack abs for the first time in my life, great muscle tone and i was where I wanted to be and my weight was 188lbs. I have a small frame but I am 6' tall. I looked lean and really good muscle definition. I like to stay on the leaner side because cardio is top priority for me. I do obstacle course races (spartan, savage, tough mudder etc) and I rock climb and other extreme sports. This was from working out about 2.5 years and a couple of runs of my personal "miracle cycles" for my body which was test e 400/ mast e 300 and anavar 50. the response i had to these cycles were amazing and it changed my look fast. Once covid hit and we were on lockdown my wife and I got lazy working from home. we quit going to the gym and our motivation went out the window and our diets did too. here we are 2 years later and we are finally going back to the gym. I currently weigh 200lbs which is fat for me. I have a fast metabolism for my age and I was able to lose 10lbs in 2 weeks by just cutting out fast food and eating healthy. I still need to lose about 5lbs of fat and put on about 15lbs in muscle.

I am considering going back to old faithful test e 400/ mast e 300 and anavar 50. for what ever reason this cycle works amazing for me and the change in appearance is fast. I did hit the gym 6 days a week, sometimes multiple times a day on that cycle though.

or was thinking of trying test e 400. mast e 400, proviron 25

i am going to keep the diet simple, rice, lean meat, vegetables and some protein powder

any suggestions or advice or motivation would be appreciated.

I think you should try everything to see how your body responds. I know my perfect diet and cycle but that has taken me years to know about myself. yes its true if it aint broken dont fix it but is working the same as something better? If you are willing to do the work I would try some other compounds and see how you feel. If you are dedicated enough with your training and diet you can tell pretty quickly. For example I was super food sensitive because I was eating very specific diet requirements. I found out the tomatoes crashed my insulin. That specific food wasn't for me. With a legit diet its possible you would find compounds that work better for you.

What differences would swapping anavar 50 for proviron 50 do with a test/mast cycle?

Anavar would give you more nitrogen retention and protein synthesis. So more potential for lbm. Also probably more harsh on lipids and liver.

Proviron would give you more free test and a better mood. Might help in keeping estro sides down. Less potential for lbm gains but less harsh in most people.

I love Test, Mast and var so I'm feeling ya. You could do a long ester Test (E for example), Mast E, and Tren E. Just go balls out with a long ester cutter. Just spitballin... what about a shorter 8 week TPP, NPP, Winny....

Thanks all for the info on proviron, I have never used it and the feel good thing attracted me to it but when I used the Test E/Mast E/Anavar cycle about 2 years ago I was shocked how fast I seen results and I had little to no side effects. I took liv 52 and Tudca plus vitamins of course and I eat clean. I just have trouble eating a lot because of my job, always in a rush. I am going to try sneaking in a lot of fairlife fat free milk during the day, it has 50% less sugar, extra protein and actually tastes good compared to regular milk. I would like to try a higher dose cycle but my health is good and being 51 I do not want to risk it too much. I am going to stick with the anavar over proviron.

You have not lived until you have been so desperate for gains that you use your Blend Tech blender to make up chicken shakes to take to work. Just saying its gross but you get used to it. lol.
Might have to give that recipe a go. Add some rice and broccoli and you got yourself dinner.

Being a little lighter framed I’d recommend trying T-bol instead of anavar, though I won’t bad-mouth var. They’re pretty similar but in my experience the T-bol helps put on a little more steel.

And I stand with everyone else saying drop the proviron.
