Would a type1 be able to use this product ?
Not much. You see, a Type I individual can't produce insulin and with Insuligen being an insulin secretagogue, it makes the product futile for these indviduals. It will provide some insulin senstizing benefit, but not enough to justify the cost.
A much better product for a Type I diabetic would be an insulin senstizer-based GDA, as a type I diabetic can still benefit from increased insulin senstivity just as much as anyone else. In fact, I belive these products are even MORE important for a Type I diabetic than the typical person, as Type I diabetics can't perfectly regulate their insulin levels. This is why Type I individuals often struggle to control their bodyfat. For that reason a good insulin senstizing product can really help---not only to keep the person lean, but to maintain overall health.
These days, almost everyone (at least in those countries where the typical diet is poors, which is basically every modernized country today) should be taking an insulin senstizer for overall health. With insulin senstivity plummeting worldwide and Type II diabetes on the rise, insulin sensitizers are very important. Fortunately, you can purchase many great ones right over the counter.
The funny thing is that a Type I diabetic can actually become a Type II diabetic as well...IF they allow their insulin senstivity to get bad enough. This is actually more likley to happen in Type I diabetics than normal people, assuming all other variables are equal, due to the fact that it is more difficult for a Type I diabetic to regulate insulin their levels properly. They often overshoot their insulin dose, even if only by a few iu (note. no doctor prescribed insulin program on Earth can match the pancreas's ability to perfectly regulate insulin levels). Overtime, this has a cumulative effect, leading to a decrease in insulin senstivity and an increased likelihood of developing Type II diabetes.
So yes, by all means, look into a good insulin senstizer-based GDA. Most companies GDAs are loaded with sensitizers. I will be releasing one in the coming months...and it will be killer, but the time is not yet.
The most cost-efective way to go would be a pure berberine product. 1,000-1,500 mg/day (dvided into two or three 500 mg doses) is generally recommended.
