***Weekly MG totals for EOD and E3D pinning***

I once wondered how the hell to figure out dosing protocols for EOD and every 3rd day pinning, since more stable levels will provide better results, less sides and better mood. So I did the math.

Here are the weekly mg totals for our favorite dosing options:

EOD (every other day)

50mg = 175mg/wk
75mg = 262mg/wk
100mg = 350mg/wk
125mg = 438mg/wk
150mg= 525mg/wk
175mg = 613mg/wk
200mg = 700mg/wk
225mg = 788mg/wk
250mg = 875mg/wk


E3D (every third day, or twice in a 6 day period)

100mg = 233mg/wk
125mg = 292mg/wk
150mg = 350mg/wk
175mg = 408mg/wk
200mg = 467mg/wk
225mg = 525mg/wk
250mg = 583mg/wk
275mg = 642mg/wk
300mg = 700mg/wk
325mg = 759mg/wk
350mg = 817mg/wk
375mg = 875mg/wk
400mg = 933mg/wk

Nope 350....400 would be 8 days

Injection *7/2

So 100 *7 =700
700/2=350

That's averaging two weeks of pins.

Close enough for me

Any compound really bro. The EOD applies to Ace, prop and Phenylpropionate esters and E3D applies more to longer esters like Enth, Cyp, Deca and Undecylenate. If you're really hardcore about stable levels you'll do short ester ED and longer esters EOD... Or if you're running a ton of stuff..

I figured you were talking about short esters, there's just so many variations of compounds its hard for me to envision it without knowing what were injecting. I get what your asking though, it really shouldn't matter the compounds per say....

it doesn’t matter what compounds this is for any and all compounds. 100mg of prop eod is no different from 100mg of cyp eod your weekly total would still be the same.

LOL, yeah it's just a quick ref/guide I made a while back so I can easily see mg totals for certain dosing frequencies. Admittedly, I've been lazy with this cycle and am pinning a gram of EQ and 200 test, split twice per week. Is it optimal? No, but it's convenient.
