I mean, come on Wally World, stop making it political. We all know Wally World raising prices is because of the Dems and Biden, not because of tariffs. Shame on you too Amazon for even thinking of displaying the additional cost on each item due to tariffs.

Trump will set everyone straight on Truth Social. Fuckin nerve of these retailers turning into Trump haters and telling us the tariffs are going to cost everyday people more money.
 
They raised them in December to pre-empt the tariffs. Jeez louise. The good thing about Trump caving and putting a "90 day pause" is they just won't bring it up again and things will just stay the same. But this disruption is going to fuck the consumers for a while.

Not everything that has a tariff attached to it is Chinese. It should also be noted that American made products aren’t completely free from tariff impacts. Many things manufactured here contain imported parts.

Your over simplification of this is exactly what Trump is shoveling.

china used to be low quality but they came a long way, now only half their products are low quality
 
What bugs me?

Every business that weaponizes gas prices or whatever to justify raising prices. (Car industry has manipulated ppl to paying over msrp bc of low inventory since covid)

But when gas prices are at an all time low, they never lower or pass on savings. Just increase profits

They want you to be a partner with them only when costs are up. Not down.

IMO prices fluctuate and you ride the wave. Like someone mentioned, stock market is already looking at restored numbers.
