V,
How much vitamins and supplements did she have to use at this level?
She took 5mg Anavar daily to week 6, then bumped to 10mg through the end. I believe 10mg on Nolvadex starting at week 8. And I think 50mg Primo per week from week 6 to the end. Clen off and on throughout the 12 weeks, and T3 for the last 2 weeks

Damn, good work congratulations. Wish the wife had the motivation to do half that work.

No issues with the monthly cycle...voice changes....breast reductions...etc.
It can be kinda consuming though... a happy medium would be nice.
So yes and no... monthly cycle was interrupted, this happens regardless of gear use when females get below a certain percentage in body fat, but hers was obviously related to gear prior to her getting to that percentage. Her voice has changed a little, but not nearly to the extent of her sounding manly. She definitely lost the majority of her fatty tissue in her breasts, but there wasn’t much there in the first place due to her implants. As far as other major side effects in relation to the gear use, there hasn’t been anything significant. This was her 4th show, and she’s done well with staying away from harder compounds or extreme dosages. That was a conversation we had early on. I didn’t want her to lose femininity and told her if she wanted to continue competing, that would be my only stipulation.

V how long do your workouts typically take?

Do u do any of the kneesovertoes type movements that guy is promoting?Eh, it varies man. Leg days typically take a long time especially when the rep ranges are 5 and below because I definitely like to take time in between each set to allow my nervous system to recoup. I’ve found this also allows me to “feel” my body better and keeps me from pushing through pain. If something hurts, I stop. Plus I’ve gotten a lot better and smarter about the way I warm up for squats. I’m tired of being injured all the time and using that as an excuse, and I’m finally at a point where I’m not really hurting anywhere, so I’m just trying to take a smarter approach to lifting heavy. Chest days and shoulder days really don’t take forever, maybe an hour and 10 minutes if I’m hitting more secondary movements.
Back days where I’m in low rep ranges can take the longest because I definitely take awhile in between sets to just chill. My lower back has suffered for a long time and the reverse hyper machine has helped me “fix” my bulging discs, but I also and going slower now and am more deliberate with my form and making sure each rep is a pretty one.
Thanks my man! It’s been a journey but I think I’m finally back to being healthy mentally and physically. Definitely appreciate you guys for the encouragement and support! Wish we could all have a beer together haha
