I'm a bit rusty but getting back in the swing of things. I focus more on powerlifting. My main focus is on pushing my strength to the absolute limit. A long term goal would be a raw bench of 500, and be able to squat/dead 600-700 lb each. One reason I'm on these boards is to learn, I truly enjoy discussing with others and sharing, I love the science behind it all, and of course the comadrity that goes with it.

Honestly have been out of the game for a while. It's been a rough couple of years of some depression and bad injuries (read my log for a little more info on that). But recently getting back into the motion of things. My first goal is to get back to a level of fitness that I'm satisfied with. After that, my goal is always and will always be strength and size. Mainly I would love to hit 5 plates on bench (500 lbs) and 6-7 plates on squat and deadlift (600-700 lbs). Also, when I get my strength to a decent level, I'd love to start competing in powerlifting meets.

From reading your little brief bio right here, and I did read your log, very interesting.
We do share some similarities with just getting back onto the grind.

With that said I can appreciate wanting to press forward and move on with putting a depressive and old chapter behind you.
With your school and your job, how much time would you have to commit with being active in the community, and with keeping the members and readers up to date with your progress and the obstacles and demons that you're going to smash before you?

If you do decide to post photos of your progress, I highly suggest that you edit any distinguished markings or tattoos. I'm very anal with photos and people wanting to remain private.
As a sponsored athlete posting photos of yourself with progress would be very beneficial for the readers.
But it's not entirely necessary.
