I came home from the gym to this. Goat, cheddar, colby and pepper jack cheeses, pickle wedge’s, summer sausage, grape’s, honey, crackers and toasted bakers bread.
I am now totally stuffed and ready for a nap !!

Got my first “legal” vial of test this evening ! Not much mg/ml but still a good start to prescribed TRT !
Had to switch script to cvs from publix cause they were such dicks !! They were like we can’t fill do to it being a 10ml vial and it goes bad 28 days after puncturing first time. I told them they were phuckin stupid and that it never goes bad that fast !
Not to mention you lazy phuckers took 5 1/2 hours to even notice it was waiting to be filled and i had to tell you to look before that !!

Congratulations Dale! Lol. You will probably get about 4 different types over time. I’ve had about 6 different kinds (besides brand name) . Lol .

Yeah I’m looking forward to getting something with more mg/ml or at least a shorter script, this guy expects this to last me 5 months definitely not gonna happen ! I get bloods drawn in two months so I’m gonna pin 200mg per week for 5 weeks then nothing for 3 weeks before draw so hopefully he’ll increase me then and if not ill find another doctor.

Added 50mg of winny e.d. & 300mg e.w. of NPP to my weekly 200 mg of cyp for now I’ll pull bloods in 4 weeks before my doctor wants to check levels again.

Cracking the accountability whip is what it takes sometimes. Im rooting for you brother ... nice looking dinner, I have an air fryer and I really need to open my horizons up. I have a huge pork tenderloin in the freezer, how’d you cook yours?
I don't eat any pork, never really knew how to cook it.. what do you guys do or use?

I like a lean pork loin cut into medallions. A little lemon and pepper or lemon and rosemary. Couple it with some halved baked baby potatoes tossed in olive oil and asparagus or green beans.

This is what usually do with mine (medallions) after cooking, the rosemary along with some thyme is a really good combo add some garlic and pepper and its delicious. (Lemon juice if you like)
Air fryer for about 12-14 minutes per pound @400 and its perfect!

Sweet potatoes slit with cinnamon and butter

Brussel sprouts sprinkle some cayenne pepper and garlic on em with some butter and stir.

Bam you gotta killer dinner

Nice! I’d tear that up! X2 right now! Just finished with the Iron! Had 6 servings of fruit and 1/2 cup (uncooked weight about 95g carbs ) rice, plus 65g isolate - STARVING !! I will eat a nice 10oz piece of Halibut when I get home . Love Beef

No doubt brother, I’ve been starving lately too seems like most days i get less than 2,000 kcal’s but i stay feeling full n bloated. I have an appointment with my GI doc to see what’s up with that though.
I need to try halibut, i can eat cod or tuna every day, love fish !

Damn , you may have some issue and that is good to hit the GI doc , may as well get an upper/lower done . Have a GI uncle ; so I’ve done my fair share of shadowing him /assisting. He let me and some friends (with patient consent) in the procedure room in 10th grade. As I got older; when ever I visit I go help him out . Last thing we did was a newer/newish procedure that cures GERD(reflux) . Patients use to have to get a laparoscopic Nissen Fundoplication ; now he can do it through the scope , called a TIF(transoral-incision less Fundo. The patients love him ; they can do it out patient , plus they never need PPI’s or antacids (the stuff can hurt kidneys if used long term - the Ppi meds like Nexium/Prevacid/Protonix). Not bad if Just used PRN OR for one or two 14 day courses . But he even used to Rx it to people for years. The sad thing is ; a lot of docs don’t want to perform or offer it because ; they make $$ off of all peoples painful issues .
Nice to know if I ever get GERD. Some find out they truly don’t get their 25g minimum of fiber daily, some just become allergic or have h.pylori (bacteria) and certain antibiotics kill the lil bastards ; and the bloat and/discomfort goes away.

I made an appointment with a new GI doc today because the other one seems to busy to schedule me asap and i meed to be seen now. This new doc can see me next Tuesday so i grabbed that appointment.
