I actually don't like to see him change or alter his stance.
I personally don't have issue w people using the 5th amendment as it is a Constitutional right.
What bothers me is when agencies like the FBI , who just did this btw, claim they cannot speak on something bc it's "confidential" or will "risk National security".
These loopholes often are used by liars and criminals. But they are also used by honest people. Recall the FBI has a saying "we can Indict a ham sandwich". They lie and they set people up. That's a fact.
With the Witch Hunts against Trump it doesn't shock me his counsel would advise him this way...they will twist and manipulate any and everything he says.

I certainly would be up to hear Trump's explanation as to why he chose to change his tune and utilize the 5th amendment. Was it so he isn't crucified as an innocent man, or did he committ a business crime?
I'm willing to bet it's the first reason.

I did not watch the video because as I have told you, I do not follow Trump, no reason to.
I will say this, Trump's lawyers told him what to answer and when to plead the 5th, it was not his decision.
I was required one time in a lawsuit to be deposed for about 10 hours, prior to that my lawyer prepped me.

It was hypocritical of him. But in all fairness he was comparing scumbag liars to using the 5th, and he is an honest person.
I will agree I don't even like it that he slammed the 5th. We know it is widely abused. Trump also took advantage of tax codes. He was proven to have used every "LEGAL" advantage to his disposal for tax breaks. And I don't disagree with him on that either.
