Get Shredded!
Hello everyone, thank you for taking time to enter this thread

Alright lets get right too it.

Ive been running TRT at 200mgs/week for about 2 years now. Ive had bloodwork done and everything came back normal so i want to do a real cycle. So ive ordered what i think that i need.

My plan is to run 400mg/week of test cyp. for 12 weeks and then come off completely. i dont want to blast and cruise and i want to make sure my normal levels come back.

My question is how to come off properly. Ive ordered Nolva and Clomid and have always heard a week after last pin to start Clomid at 100/100/50/50 and Nolva at 40/40/20/20. and then time off is equal to time on so 12 weeks + 4 weeks PCT = 16 weeks off.
Is that correct? or too much?

Thank you for your time.

Hello, Why do you want to come off completely? You're on trt right? For 2 yrs.

Trt is often times for life. I'd just drop back to your trt dosage. Is that not trt done by a doctor or are you doing it your self? No judgement.. I do my own trt and labs etc. Just trying to get the full picture and make sure you properly understand everything b4 we discuss a pct protocol.

Yes i go through a doctor. i want to come off completely just to see what my levels come back to and possibly not have to do trt anymore. Just normal cycles

It is VERY unlikely your levels will come back where you want them which I assume is high normal after being on this long. You could potentially lose all your muscle gains due to low testosterone.

If you're going to do it though I'd definitely use HCG along with nolva and clomid. A higher end dose of hcg at that.

Hcg stimulates LH to tell your balls to make testosterone. They have been fully shutdown for so long it's a reach IMO to get back to a good normal range knowing your testosterone was low before even starting trt.

4 weeks pct isn't going to cut it either IMO. It's going to be a low grueling road. If you don't want to be on test I wouldn't bother cycling. Go back to being natural. You're asking your body to do something you have told it to not do for 2 years. Cycling is just going to further already present (you had low test before) damage.

Why did you get on trt in the first place ? What were your levels before you started trt? You just shut yourself completely down for two years and if you were legitimately low before than you damn sure will be low now .

Not if you was low to begin with.

Even if you wasn't low to start with, anytime you run test/hormones long term you're running the risk of never having good natural test again, period.

It's a risk of the game. Can't repair damaged balls.

Frank is spot on.

So i guess the only experiment i could run then is to come off completely and get my levels checked. if they are low continue the trt would be the only option

If your doctor did your blood work and determined your test numbers were so low that you needed to be on TRT no way levels are coming back.
Try is to replace what your body is no longer producing.

I would consider using both HMG with HCG..

If you been ON for 2 years, regardless of doses, TRT or even cycles (which you haven't cycled), complete shut down is complete shut down, any decent recovery is almost slim to nil for many. I have seen guys come off after being on cycles for years, but hardly had any decent success, and felt awful, ultimately going back on, yet I seen some recovery. I tried coming off many years ago because I thought insurance was going to be an issue (career change). It was terrible, Had major gyno flareups and acne outbreaks. I don't represent the protocol, I'm just saying I failed at even achieving any recovery :(

If you want to giving it a shot, by all means nothings wrong with trying. If you want answers to know if you could recovery, it wouldn't be unreasonable or out of the ordinary to make an attempt at doing so for a piece of mind.

Stay away from HCG when off, use that as a primer when on.. Be sure to use that Tamox (nolva) that you have with HCG due to estro levels spiking, you won't need much, 10mgs ED while on, its just there as a buffer. It may not be necessary, but if you feel estro sides kicking in and anti's aren't helping, toss it in.

If you want any real shot at this, again, I would strongly encourage using HMG with HCG, start HCG with your cycle and toss in HMG half way through... Your clomid and nolva doses look good with pct, Maybe 60/40/40/20 with the tamox.

Using HMG with HCG will set you up for a smoother landing going into PCT.. when we go into a PCT its about having more of a smoother landing, rather than a harsh crash..
